A native of Anaheim, California, Dr. Horn earned a degree in Business from Cal Poly Pomona. He received his doctorate from Case Western Reserve University in 2001. He and his wife also stay busy raising their seven children.

Wonderful dental assistants, front office and Dr. Horn! We would highly recommend. We switched or whole family over from another dentist. They have a great dental plan and wonderful bedside manners. We recommend over and over again to any and all. Just off the square in Burton!

Dr. Horn and his staff are amazing. I have a terrible fear of the dentist, but Dr. Horn just makes me feel so calm and relaxed. The office is adorable, with brand new renovations making it a very comfortable space. I will be going back for all of my dentistry needs

Dr. Horn has been cleaning my teeth for a few years now. Every visit is smooth and great and I'm in and out very quickly. I recently had a cracked molar and Dr. Horn squeezed me into the schedule and removed the tooth that was causing me tremendous pain. I'm so greatful for the treatment provided. Thank you Dr. Horn!

Verry rude dose not care about clients just had a tooth pulled and was not happy at all refuses to give pain meds that work wanted to hand me Tylenol for the pain took 3 tries to get tooth out had to cut it out after an hour of him pullin on my tooth just rude staff and poor preformance in all i wouldent take my dog there ever
