I went to this dentist because it was the only one locally that took my insurance. I would like to mention that the ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. Every time I spoke to them, they gave me unnecessary attitude. I went for a root canal and it was done in two separate appointments.....over a month apart from each other. The temporary crown they gave me kept falling off. After the surgery was complete, they told me they didn't have any appointments until OCTOBER! (This was in MARCH!!!) I now have an infection in this root canal site from them not completing the surgery fast enough. The endodondist wants me to pay $1000 out of of pocket to retreat the area. I will be filing a complaint with my insurance. Save your time. Save your money. Save your teeth. Go elsewhere.

Horrible experience with the so called operations leader/manager. My insurer processed my claim under an incorrect record they had on file for the dental office and New Jersey dental (Burlington) did not receive a payment. The insurer admitted their mistake and they processed the amount. The issue is we can't get a hold of Jersey dental. Calling them seems to be a waste of time. Unresponsive to emails as well. Countless calls and emails with no response How are we supposed to sort this out if MAPD burlington LLC cannot respond to emails/calls? Very unprofessional! I'm glad I left.

These people are incompetant! At least the financa operations manager. I have been dealing with them for months for an apparently unpaid claim from one of my husbands visits. The first time I spoke with them, they told me it was fine, an issue they were dealing with for claims after December first due to some sort of system change over. They were resubmitting and no action was needed on my part. Well, we kept getting past due notices in the mail. I finally call my insurancr, and they have never heard from the dental office!! When they did not receive payment, why on EARTH would they not call the insurance company to figure out what was going on??? That is their job no? Long story short, my insurance company did find an error, reissued payment. I have called to try and speak with financing department over 4 times, the receptionist even told me they gave them a hand written note. I emailed twice. And have heard absolutely diddly squat from anyone! These people are the worst.

I would never recommend this dental office for the follow reasons: the office manager barely is in the office to address concerns (terrible customer service), the Otho dentist was taking my son's braces on and off (so no real progress) there wait time is ridiculous and they will take your money so fast.

The ladies at the front desk are terrible. The with held my dental records from me which is illegal and when they finally sent them to me they were screenshots and not digital. They are unprofessional and rude. Also this place has no open availability if you want to change your appointment you need to wait 3 months for a new one to pop up. They have you sitting in the waiting room longer than your schedule appointment as well. Go here if you want a headache. I would not recommend especially because the front desk is super unprofessional. The head dentist should fire them all.

Very customer friendly environment... Staff is extremely personable and genuinely concerned about their clients... I forgot to take some photos, but they had just had their monthly kid inspired dental day...and they put up several kid friendly streamers hanging from the ceiling...as if it was a celebration for children to be there... very inviting!!! I'll take pictures next time... :-) New date: Another great visit!!! Thanks...

Did root canals and they didn't stay in. Staff told me that I didn't need a crown despite the fact that when a tooth has too much decay and there is a filling/root canal; you need to crown it. Shame on you.

These people are beyond horrible!!! I made an appointment and they're stating that I had no appointment, when, in fact, I did! They have the nastiest attitude... I will never go here ever again!

Really appalled by the service I got from a tech here. She refused to stop talking about politics. I don't usually care that much and I understand people have different opinions but she wouldn't let it go. After I left she looked up my social media and started to send me very insane posts. I think it's time this business takes a look at who is working in their facility. I genuinely think this otherwise normal woman is on the edge a bit. Twitter @lasavloff

I don't normally take the time to post reviews, but I had to here after so many disappointments at this place. Tried many times giving this place a shot, the majority of the time the desk people have attitudes, they change your appointment on you If you don't confirm 2 days before the appointment. Issues with their admin side and getting scheduled for more detail service that took almost a year. My insurance service people ended up confronting the office person and recommending I find another dentist office. Hygienist are nice lovely people But the front desk people should be replaced Terrible service and nasty attitudes the majority of time If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give this office a negative star rating I would. Jersey Dental Group would not recommend to ANYONE !!! I've never in my life reported a doctor or dentist. But today is the day !!! This unprofessional dentist office and dentist (Dr. Clemens) really told me "If my son (Julian) has Autism he needs to go somewhere else."Told him if he was going scream or cry he could leave right now !!! All of this within maybe 10 minutes of the appointment. I tried to explain to him my son has Autism and he has to talk him through things. He proceeded to be very rude and disgusting. We've been through approvals to get to this appointment...we just were here January 27th, I informed his assistant of his diagnosis, so she would know better how to deal with him. I specified this as I always do , so everyone understands how to deal with him. The office manager Chong was no help either. Everyone acted nonchalant, as if this is how the dentist. Shortly after we leave he comes outside to smoke a cigarette and sit in his car. Didn't come out to apologize or try to make things right at all. I drove an hour away to the appointment for my son to be mistreated and discriminated against !!!

Dr. Clemens ought to be fired and have his license taken away for discrimination against people with disabilities. Shameful to keep him on the team. I would never go here and I will tell everyone I know to also avoid this business and it's embarrassingly bad 'professionals'.

I have decided to amend my positive review of them being sensitive to people with anxiety and sensory processing issues because not only was I kicked out because they couldn't get their nitrous equipment to work properly and I was crying quietly during the beginning of a root canal, but also was kicked out with a bracket still in my mouth. I kept telling them I had something in my mouth, and they kept telling me to just rinse my mouth with water and leave. I kept insisting they look inside my mouth. Finally, the endodontist sees the bracket, says, "We need that." and rips it out of my mouth. They left me without a dentist. I had to go somewhere else for a root canal, and THEY did it incompletely, which caused even more issues for me. That place ALSO kicked me out for crying. Not freaking out and screaming, for shaking and crying. I would avoid all of their branches if you have an anxiety disorder or sensory processing issues. They don't care. They will blame you.

Dr. Clemons was accused of discrimination against an autistic child. He was rude and very unprofessional. On top of smoking in the clinic area! I would never recommend this clinic or dentist to anyone!

IGNORE ALL BAD COMMENTS! I just got a root canal from Dr. Lee and it was the most painless and calming dental experiences I've EVER had. Her and her dental assistant Debra were both extremely patient and kind. I went in anxious over getting the tooth work done and left feeling positive over the experience and future experiences down the line. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

Dr. Clemens should be terminated from this practice immediately for refusing to treat a boy who has autism - literally saying this to both the boy and his mother upon learning of the fact shortly into an otherwise unremarkable visit for a route canal. If the dentist had looked at the child's chart he'd have known that the boy has autism - as do 1 in 44 American children - and perhaps he could have saved the child and mother the trauma off what unfolded if he'd simply asked a colleague to handle the treatment. I can even picture the conversation: "Hey, dentist colleague! Yeah, you - the nice new guy around here, ha! Come here for a sec. Can I ask you something? I can't stand treating kids whose brains aren't exactly like my own ever-shrinking dysfunctional one. I hear a kid is coming in who needs a route canal ASAP and the whole autism thing is just a dealbreaker for me. Why parents even care about their kids' teeth when they're autistic or whatever is beyond me! So, well, everyone knows you're a much better human being all around than I am - heck, you even thank the mailman everyday! - so would you mind taking this one so that the boy and his mother won't be traumatized by our encounter? It's really best for everyone. You do remember what happened the last time I was forced to fix an autistic kid's teeth, don't you? You'll do it? Oh, great! Thank you. Want to go have a smoke with me in the parking lot?" The dentist asked the mom and boy to leave. Discrimination pure and simple.
