Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

Like some previous reviews have mentioned, I've also had mixed experiences with dentists in the past, and developed a fear/anxiety of dentists. The team at Burlington Dentistry has changed that entirely! I feel so at ease coming in, everyone is so nice and incredibly knowledgeable. I feel like I'm in really good hands. If you're like me and are hesitant about going to the dentist, I highly HIGHLY recommend coming here!!

THE MOST COMFORTABLE office I have ever experienced dental care! Today was my first dental apt in 3 years since having 2 children and the pandemic. I really enjoy going to the dentist and getting cleanings every year. When I walked into the office I was greeted with the biggest smile from Marvin. He was very professional and easy to talk too. Just after I checked into front desk I was brought straight to Jackie who took my x-rays. Jackie made an uncomfortable 5-10 mins feel seamless. Once my x-rays were taken I was seen by Dr. Anderson for my overall dental exam. Dr. Anderson was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable to ask questions about my dental care. I felt very confident once my exam was complete with him that my dental plan was in the best interest of my overall health. My favorite part of any dental apt is always the cleaning! I knew I was going to need a little more extra cleaning than the usual since I had such a gap in care. My hygienist Harneet was absolutely amazing! She was just as knowledgeable as Dr. Anderson and was very easy to discuss the process. During my deep cleaning which require injections of novocaine she made sure I was very comfortable. She is thorough, which I appreciated. I was so comfortable and relaxed during my cleaning. Her post procedure care instructions made me so confident and excited to return!

This is without a doubt the best dentist I've ever been to. They are extremely organized and professional. Other dentists I've been to make you wait ages, but Burlington Dentistry is unbelievably fast. I went to the location in Waltham before and it was the same! Highlight recommend.

This is far and away the best dental practice I have ever visited. The staff, from the assistants to the hygienists and dentists, are courteous, generous, and first-class practitioners. Harneet Thiara Disario in particular is an exceptionally knowledgeable professional who I recommend highly. Five stars all around.

Excellent dental service! This is a new office of Waltham Modern Dentistry. Following Dr. Anderson, we transfer to this new office to finish the process for my farther's new denture. People here are very nice and patient. They cared about patients very much and provided professional services. We have very good experience here so far, and will definitely continue work with them.

I have never been a fan of the dentist, but the staff at Burlington Dentistry have changed that! My whole experience, from the moment I booked my appointment to the moment I walked out the door was efficient and pleasurable. Marvin, at the front desk, was friendly and communicative. I had my appointment with Dr. Anderson, who spent time to give me ample background to ensure I could make an informed decision on next steps. I have never had experience with a dentist being so transparent with a treatment plan. I also worked with Jenna, who spent time to check in and ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay! The whole staff is awesome. I really enjoyed my visit and couldn't recommend visiting enough.

I recently had to change dentists after my insurance changed and I was apprehensive finding a new dentist. However, after visiting Burlington Dentist Office I am very happy with my decision. The office is very modern and clean. Dr. Arif was very nice and informative in her clinical assessment. I needed a filling and they were able to do same day filling with my cleaning which was awesome. She made sure that the filling was comfortable and made sure that I understood everything going on. Jenna was also great and helped me with my x-rays and filling as well. She was very professional and nice and made sure I understood which x-rays we were taking and why. Amanda was great as my hygienist. She was very nice and through cleaning my teeth and helped me set up an appointment in 6 months to come back. Finally, Kyle was very helpful with the sign up, insurance, and billing process. He sat with me before any work was done and told me how much everything would cost which was very nice. All in all this office is a really nice practice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist in the area.

If you're in search of a professional, clean, friendly atmosphere THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! Dr. Rania and her team is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and always offers great maintenance advice. I can recall an incident where there was a mix up regarding a procedure/billing. Dr. Rania listened and reassured me that my concerns were valid and my healthcare was priority. She displayed a level of compassion and demonstrated she genuinely cared. If obtaining a personable interaction is important to you I would highly recommended this office!

Very easy to get appointment, and no waiting in a waiting area. Everything is electronic records. XRAYS were easy and clear photos of my teeth.
