Our primary dental provider, Dr. Chris Ullmann, grew up in Poland during the Cold War era. His family escaped to Austria when he was a small boy, before eventually settling in West Germany. During his high school years, he traveled to California as an exchange student and has lived in America since. For his dental education, he attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and the Loyola University dental school in Chicago.
Dr. Ullmann says his motivation to become a dentist was the example of his father, who practiced dentistry until the age of 86. He especially enjoys the results he can achieve for patients. Its nice to restore someones smile or help them enjoy eating and other simple things again, he says. He enjoys spending time with family and playing tennis. He won national titles in Germany while he was a student, and was his daughters biggest fan and supporter during her youth tennis competitions.

Ummmm.. where do I start, the staff is absolutely amazing! I'm deathly afraid of the dentist and they made me feel completely comfortable and at ease understanding my freshness! Walked out with a new perspective, will return and tell my family to use them! Thanks guys!

Had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Mirzamani. My teeth required some fillings. He took my X-rays and explained everything to me. I didn't even feel the shot. Would highly recommend!

I can't say that I've ever enjoyed going to the dentist, but when I need to see one, I know a pro, Dr. Mirzamani. He's super skilled & efficient in his job. Thank you for making my experience so painless, stress free, and pleasant.

I recently saw Dr. Mirzamani for some dental treatment I've been postponing due to dental anxiety. From the moment I entered the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Mirzamani explained everything very clearly and put my mind at ease. Thanks to him, the same treatments that had traumatized me in the past were very quick and painless. If you have been dreading the dentist because of anxiety or bad past experiences, he is the dentist for you.

Dr. Mirzamani at Burlington Dental made me feel so welcome and safe at their practice. I have so much anxiety whenever I go to the dentist, but he reassured me of everything would be okay. Dr. Mirzamani is very professional and understanding. He listened to all my concerns and offered advice towards how to improve my dental health. He is the best dentist I have ever had, and I look forward to my next cleaning with him!

I visited this office last week, had an awesome experience! Bre the hygienist cleaned my teeth and was very gentle! Josh took my impressions for my night guard and did very well. Dr.Mirzamani was very detailed with my exam, and answered all my questions. I will be retuning for my treatment soon!

The entire team at Burlington Dental does a great job with making you feel welcome, going over the issues in a way so that I understand all aspects, and the treatment has been great. I'd highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you haven't been to the dentist in a while like me.

Same office different Doctors and staff. Dr Martin has retired and sold this practice to a multi-office dental group. Good news for me is the new practice in now in-network for my insurance. On my one visit the staff was friendly and helpful. However with the new practice using different software not all of my prior records were seamlessly available.

Been going to John for years and could not be happier about the work he's done on my teeth, which has been quite extensive! Glad to say the old lady who was rude (to everyone) is no longer there.

I have been a patient at Burlington Dental for several years. John (the dentist) made a bridge for me and did a good job. They were not on my Blue Cross Blue Shield so I changed to a dentist that accepted my insurance. Recently, I noticed that they were now on my insurance as a preferred provider. I went in to talk to the receptionist about scheduling an appointment. She was an older woman. When I asked about what my obligation would be for a cleaning she was EXTREMELY rude. She had no idea what the co-pay would be nor if they would charge me the difference between what the insurance company paid and what they billed them. She said she could guarantee nothing. Her attitude was abysmal. She started ranting that they were closed and basically that I shouldn't be there. For a small town such as Burlington, this is not the way to treat a patient. You may rest assured that I will pass this along to the community. I told her she had lost me as a patient. John is OK, she is a jerk!
