my husband came to this office not to long ago and the lady doctor did not clean his teeth fully and was extremely unprofessional and treated her employees very poorly. Would not recommend coming here not to mention it is very dirty inside.

They repaired my teeth way better than I expected, even making a bad front chipped tooth look good. Staff are friendly and explained processes pretty well to me. Only gripe might be the building and equipment seem a bit dated, but not really an issue since they still get the job done.

I had been going to the family dentist in Newark for many years my kids my hubby then I developed some medical issues after having spine surgery that required me to obtain another dentist in order for me to get my work done. I am so happy my Delta ins referred me here. They make sure I'm in no pain n their concerns for me are real they're very friendly and listen to you when you have questions concerns or any info that you feel they need to know. They work with your schedule. My husband is now going here I've told friends n family members about Burlington dental assoc. Prices are reasonable with or without ins I'm so happy I have a new dentist to go to that makes me comfortable and at ease. They're right on RT 130 very easy to get to. Thank you to my drs and their staff.

Incredibly nice people and quick. No waiting an hour to be seen. Had extraction and saw me same day without crazy emergency fees. Would recommend to anybody needing dental work. Doctor was great and explained everything. Nurses/assistants made me feel very comfortable. A++

I've been going here about 2 years. We've been to many different dentists due to the military, but this is my favorite. The staff is so nice. I get in quick. The cleaning is the most comfortable I've had. Highly recommend.

Service was very mediocre but OK. Their problem was greed and not following the rules and law. My wife has Dental Insurance. They demanded and my wife paid them anything not covered by insurance up front by credit card. She asked for simple cleaning and god knows what items they billed the insurance co. Now they are harassing her and me for payment. I am covered under different insurance company. They refused to service me in middle of a root canal process unless I pay for another account. I paid them whatever was required by credit card. However they illegally refused me services. I also have those recordings. I am thinking about going and getting justice.

My overall experience with Burlington Dental was very good. The staff and Dentists were very friendly. I went in for a cleaning and to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Got teeth cleaned first day and came back the next day to have tooth pulled. The only thing that I didn't like was that the office decorum was a little outdated.

Dr. Talla was awesome had to have a root canal retreated and a crown he was great and did not hurt me would recommend this dental practice.

Would never recommend. Stayed with them after previous dentists retired. Had a serious infection under 2 molars that they never identified. A terrible crown that added to problem. Office is outdated and dirty. After changing to jersey dental, I requested records to be forwarded. Was asked to pay $25. Did that, they cashed check, and a year later, jersey dental has yet to receive my records. Stay away. Nothing good to say about them. Unprofessional.

I can't say enough about Dr. Pothitakes and his staff. Not only did I get the best professional care, but all were kind and helpful in all aspects.

This place does not even deserve a star. I made an appointment despite all the negative reviews but I was wrong. I should have listened to my gut and should have made an appointment somewhere else. The problem with this place is not the "place" itself. It's the way how they treat their employee in front of the patients. Instead of keeping things in "private", they like to expose how their employee are making mistake. Now that speaks on how this practice is being run. Such professionals, eh.

Since they changed majority of the staff, the dentist/nurses pretty much lie now just to maximize their profit margin. Visited few other dentists and they stated the complete opposite of what this facility said. For example, this place mentioned I had multiple cavities, so when I asked where, the dentist was hesitant and then gave me random places in my mouth. Visitation to other offices stated I had none and only minor cleansing was needed. They're pretty much pulling consistent sales pitches to you all the time. It's unfortunate the good staff back then are gone now because they had treated their patients respectfully.
