The entire dental experience at Burlington Dental is always extremely positive. Everyone there is always beyond cheerful, great to deal with, helpful and enthusiastic. Plus I never feel pain no matter what work that I have done. Then to top it off, multiple times they have contacted me and have told me that I have an account credit after submitting the bill to the dental service they deal with. How cool is that? Believe me, if you are looking for a new dentist, come here. They are awesome and I know that you will be very very impressed.

I have to admit I have become disappointed in the new office policy regarding payment for treatment by the dentist. In order to book an appointment with the dentist you have to pay half or in full before treatment just to secure that appt. . It is a financial hardship when you are in need of several different things that need to be done. Dr. Award is a skilled dentist and the staff is new and very nice but they also shut down for lunch and leave a note saying "Be back shortly " and that is at least a half hr. I very rarely make comments but I want to share an issue with dental insurance here. I saw Dr. Wong for 10+ years and when Dr.Farid came I have been very pleased w the care and have never had any issues here. My problem is a $550 bill, for the disallowed portion because news to me Dr. Farid is not in-network even when the website says GEHA is in-network. I'm frustrated this wasn't communicated to me and where I signed the care plan "there is nothing they can do". Please do your own research when a provider changes even when staying within a practice. Again this is a good practice I won't let my frustration soil that, live and learn.
