Dr. Lee was very professional and great in interacting, supporting, and helping the kids. He does not just focus on doing the work, my kids in general had great experiences visiting the office, leaning something about dentistry along the way. The rest of the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our family highly recommends this practice.

I just had a consultation to fix some minor problems that have developed since taking off my braces 15 years ago. Dr. Lee explained two distinct treatment plans with enough information to let me make a decision. I didn't feel pressure towards one or the other, despite one being more costly. Cathy was also very warm during check-out, and she said we'll talk through payment options next time--again, no pressure! Some practices can be so pushy, but I felt valued and am looking forward to getting the treatment started.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone in the office is so kind and genuinely caring. Cathy at the front desk is amazing, she really helped me out with my insurance.. when I first came to start my Invisalign treatment, we realized they were actually out of my network. I ended up putting off my treatment until the following year because I knew I wanted to have my treatment done through them. Dr Lee is so thorough when explaining the process, I always felt very well informed and comfortable. Thank you all for everything!

Dr Lee, Cathy and Norma helped me. They are super knowledgeable, nice, patient and professional. Dr Lee has state of the art equipments to show me the 3D pictures of my teeth, their moving pattern over time and course of action to take to correct it. Cathy will work out a payment plan for any budget. Such a great experience. Thank you .

It's not often one looks forward to doctor's appointments, but Dr. Lee and his staff make every visit a joy! I truly enjoyed my orthodontic journey with them, and what a journey it was! I started with Invisalign and wasn't very good about wearing it for the first part of my treatment, leading Dr. Lee to eventually recommend braces. I paid a flat fee in the beginning and that included as many rounds of Invisalign as were needed as well as the braces and retainer (and even a second retainer after I get an implant). This was incredibly nice, this office truly believes in patient satisfaction. Dr. Lee was always thorough, gentle and very patient with me. I ask a lot of questions and he is at always kind and patient when answering, making me feel very comfortable with the treatment and very informed about the progress. The two assistants Elena and Norma are also lovely and Cathy at the front desk is a pure joy. Everyone treats you how they would treat a friend or relative, it was absolutely incredible how authentic and kind everyone in this office is. Definitely my favorite doctor's office ever! I relocated from Burlingame to Marin and always look forward to coming in despite the long drive. To top it all off, the office gave me a bottle of sparkling wine when I got my braces off! How amazing is that!! Look no further for the best orthodontic office in the Bay, you've found it!
