I am so pleased with this office. Since switching to them, they've gone above my expectations with their customer service and professionalism. Everything they do, is done with smiling faces & in a timely manner. I won't be going anywhere! I definitely plan on keeping my kiddos here. Also, all the front desk personal are wonderful & so helpful, attentive to phones too (big plus). All the techs are so so kind as well. Overall the team at this office is amazing and will definitely recommend them to anyone I hear in search of a new pediatric dentistry!! 10/10 the best experience.

Very sketchy place where your kid is alone with strangers and we're not able to see what they perform what they're billing us and the insurance for. I will not allow my kid back in this place.

**** update*** spoke with the finance manager And she took care of everything and acknowledged that we should have been told that our plan was out of network when the appointment was made. The office staff will use this as a learning opportunity on how to better take care of patients and put there needs first. Based on the level of service received I am altering this post and rating. Thank you Krystal **** original post****The dentist are great but the office staff told us they accepted our MetLife insurance and then 9 months later they tell us they accept it but only on an out of network basis and now I owe 212$ for my daughters getting there teeth cleaned after insurance already paid them 77$ per child. No dental work was done just a cleaning. After we pay this we will take our business elsewhere as the dishonesty used to collect more money is unacceptable. Love the dentists which is unfortunate but I will no longer be taken advantage of. "We accept all PPO insurance, but unless the parents ask specifically if we are in network we don't tell them"... unreal

UPDATE: the financial manager contacted me the day after our experience. She apologized, did her best to make things right, and explained the office manager was new to the office. I am glad that their patients have her to advocate for them. Its clear she cares about her patients but as long as Kayla is the office manager I stand by honest opinion that you should take your children some where else. She is rude condescending and treated me like an idiot. You never kknow childs story. An autistic child or child that has been abused may not feel safe alone with strangers and there is nno medical reason to keep children from their parents during a dentist visit. Ive fostered kids and you dont know what they have been through. How hard it is to build their trust.her reasoning was insulting to parents everywhere. Its clear she doesnt think parents know whats best for their child. She said parents faint, interupt the procedures, freak out, distract the kids, and cause the kids to misbehave because of their presence. No Kayla, normally parents clam, support, reassure, and normalize scary things. Original review: Ive never been in a dentist office that refuses to allow parents to accompany thier child during dental work. That alone is creepy. They straight lied to me and told me they would be able to accommodate my request to be with my son. And charged me for services that were covered by medicaid and we also have private insurance. Called my dentist office they had no problem verifying our Medicaid and pribate insurance. Worst dentist experience ever. I have 3 children and this is not normal!

First time at this dentist, I came in with lots of concerns and life choices that are different for some and they didn't give me a hard time or guilt me like our previous dentist. My kids aged 6month and 3yrs loved their first visit! Now scheduled my 7 and 10yr olds for first appt. and I am actually ok with taking them. If only they would take adults!

The dentists there are amazing. Super sweet and attentive. The actual schedule there is not. My daughter has a tooth ache and when I tried to get her in they are fully booked. This would be the second time I have tried to get her in for a toothache and she is an existing patient. I wonder what they do with emergency patients as they seem to be fully booked almost every day. I tried to reschedule my son's appt to October and they are fully booked as well. The lady on the phone said "we are booked out for 6 months." Which I understand it's a busy time right now but for an emergency toothache? The dentist are amazing here but if you want to wait 6 months for an appt I would not recommend this place. Update: The staff reached out and tried to schedule for Thursday however I got my daughter into another place sooner. I appreciate them reaching out and trying to get her in. That was very professional of them to reach out. Again the dentist there is very sweet so having her see someone else will be hard but definitely very professional of them to reach out.

Dentist personally called me to address my financial concerns and really seems to care about my child and her well being and treatment. Will update after treatment They broke down her treatment plan into 2 appointments. She really loves the staff and does well with them but she is 3 and a half so she still had to do oral sedation. So far, we've done the 1st appointment. Her teeth look great and she still liked the dentist when we left lol. The sedation part was a little rough, when she started waking up and feeling everything they did. It's been 2 days since treatment and her throat is still a little sore. Im sure that is all normal tho. The dentist checked on her the night of treatment and made sure everything was ok. I was worried she'd be traumatized and never want to go back to the dentist but she took it like a champ. The staff is very friendly and made her comfortable. Financially, they were flexible and worked with our insurance so that we would be able to afford treatment.

The entire staff is amazing. My son had to go in today to have his tooth pulled by Dr. Walton and he wasn't even nervous in the least bit because of the incredible care he always receives whenever he comes in.

We came here for a second opinion and couldn't be more pleased. After a disappointing and concerning experience elsewhere, Dr. Thorburn was phenomenal. She was extremely patient, thorough and kind to myself and my daughter. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and cleanliness of the office. We feel much more comfortable with the treatment plan she wrote and we are hopeful that moving forward this office will be a better fit for our family. Thank you so very much for helping our little one! As mom, it's my job to advocate for her. You guys made that job easier today. Bravo!

Could not have had a better experience for our 4 year old. Dr Walton and his staff did everything in their power to make sure my son had a pleasant experience so he'd actually want to go back to the dentist after a serious dental procedure.

I can not Express how pleasant my visit was. My son is 18 months and this was his 2nd visit. It was nap time and since my husbands insurance through work was changed they were having trouble getting the information, and they were closed. The staff was so understanding and saw my son. He is covered and I knew that but they couldn't get that info that day. I was so pleased they still saw him and were so nice especially since he was so grumpy since it was nap time. This place makes me so happy. I would recommend them to everyone.
