Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Dr. Rema Abdeljalil was great. Not my regular dentist, but went in to get a temporary crown cemented back in. Since my normal dentist office was closed I came here. Dr. Rema was amazing, took a look and was able to get my crown cemented back in place for me. My only complaint is the lady at reception was not very helpful. Told me they were closed, wanted to charge me $100 and said that insurance wouldn't cover it as she sighed saying it was 6:45 pm. (They close at 7). But as I said, Dr. Rema helped me, stayed past 7 and didn't charge me anything so she was definitely the reason for my 5 stars!

First time here and I was very happy I choose this office. It is clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful. My dentist is Drew McCaffrey and is so nice and knowledgeable and patient. He explains everything he is doing and why. I couldn't have made a better choice!!!

Amazing dentists and hygienists. The front desk staff is always personable and professional. However, I am giving 3 stars because I also go here for the orthodontist. When I first started my braces journey the ortho was open Mon-Fri. I was able to schedule my adjustments on my days off from work. Out of nowhere when Dr M left the office, they went to ONLY being open on Wednesdays. This is so difficult for me and when I bring it up it is dismissed simply because the orthodontists have no control over it. I have expressed to everyone how difficult this is for me and that I can't be late to work. But there is nothing that can be done. I had an appointment last week and the same night, a coil busted and a sharp piece is slicing into my lip, causing pain and discomfort. I called the office and had to make an appointment so it can get fixed. So, I will go a week with this issue because of the unavailability of the ortho. However, the orthodontists are very thorough and it's been a pleasant experience.

This is the best dentist office! They really do care about you and your smile! From when you first step in to even after you leave they are there for you. Shelly was a tremendous help explaining my payment arrangement too! Definitely recommend!

Have a toothache, or just need the best Dental care possible? Look no further. Shelly is incredible! Shelly might be the first person you meet when you walk through the door. I can't say enough about her! This sweet beautiful lady works hard to help you through the entire process! I came in due to tooth pain and my tooth was no longer viable. Shelly listened to my questions regarding timing and all financial aspects of my treatment. She talked with the doctors and confirmed that they were able to remove my tooth and put my implant in the same day. Dr. Rema is awesome, she showed me my X-rays and explained my options. She is very patient and thorough. She answered all of my questions (probably more than once, lol). She was able to extract my tooth in one piece which allowed me to get the implant the same day. Dr. Drew McCrary installed (is that the right word? Lol... like I'm a car) my implant with care and precision. He explained everything he was doing and is very kind and gentle. I am extremely impressed! Great experience!

1st time here and may I say the front office was clean Shelly,Janie where super sweet and nice..Dr.Rena was A blessing In so many ways I had some concerns and she addressed theme right away and was able to do treatment on my that same day. Derek omg must I was he was amazing did so well explaining what will happen during my treatment and did so well distracting when I was getting an ejection

Dr. Nguyen is a great dentist! Very understanding and has a very calming energy for those of us who don't necessarily enjoy going to the dentist. The office staff is amazing as well!

Friendly dentist and staff. I suffer from Anxiety/Panic Attacks and wasn't sure about going to any dentist. For me, everyone there made my experience go smoothly. I would recommend them.

Dr McCaffrey & team are amazing! This is the best dental office I've ever been too. Not only is he honest & does great dental care he also gives back to the community in a huge way. Offering free dental care for the needy this last weekend! I'm so happy with the cleaning and filling I had done. Dr McCaffrey goes over your treatment so you know what to expect. He is gentle & truly cares about his patients! I would 100% recommended this dental office to anyone who needs affordable honest Dental care! Thank you Dr McCaffrey & Team for all you do!

This is the BEST dental office I have ever been too! Staff is top notch professional, friendly and their prices are very fair! You don't have to wait weeks and weeks to get in! Burleson Modern Dentistry and Ortho did me the biggest solid anyone ever could. I made a mistake that broke out my tooth and they were so compassionate and worked with me on everything to make my repairs possible. I loved the assistants, the front desk staff, and the dentist as they ALL made me feel like it truly mattered that I got fixed up right. I had to switch dentists for insurance reasons and was placed at this one by Cigna. I'd previously been with my old dentist for years and always got great reports: no cavities, gum issues, was told overall my teeth and gums were very healthy and well taken care of. At first I liked this place. I got a great report on my teeth after a cleaning so I returned. The second time I came, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth told me I had premature bone loss based off the X-ray results. I was so shocked. After reviewing the images on the screen with her, I noticed she had another patients images pulled up, not mine. I know this because I have a permanent retainer from braces on my front bottom teeth; the X-rays did not. I didn't bother to correct her because I was embarrassed for her, and the privacy of the other patient. I regret not calling her out on it. I came back for my third and final time after six months for my regular cleaning appointment. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me I didn't have an appointment, even though I made one at my previous appointment for six months out. I was grateful they were able to see me anyway, but I had to wait in the lobby for 35 minutes for a hygienist. It was the same lady from the time before. She was extremely rough in my cleaning and cut my gums twice in two different places (not from cleaning them too hard, but from being careless going in and out of my mouth with the sharp scraping tool). I floss often, I am a freak about brushing my teeth with an electric toothbrush, I use mouthwash after I eat and whiten with strips... I have a very clean mouth. When she finished, she told me if I don't schedule a laser cleaning for next time, that they will need to numb me and do a "deep clean". The only person I know that has gotten a numbed deep clean was because they had not been to the dentist in ten+ years. I had to get more X-rays on my way out and the girl that did them pointed out a tiny imperfection on one of my teeth (a tiny chip from an accident). She rudely said "did you know that tooth is chipped?". Like... yeah I did but thanks for pointing it out and reminding me. That was my final straw. I will be trying out a new dentist next time, and will not recommend this place to anyone. They seem like they're just trying to upsell "laser" cleanings and treatments that insurance doesn't cover.
