Dr.Burkett has been serving as the most diligent dentist in Mission, Texas, for decades now. His dental skills, along with his passion to serve and make you smile, have won him many happy clients. Dr. Burkett has been tending to families of the Rio Grande Valley at Burkett Dentistry in a friendly and caring environment that has erased the dread associated with a visit to the dentist. Patients of all ages receive the same care and consideration for their time.
Dr. Burkett finished his undergraduate studies at the Southwest Texas State University of Texas in San Marcos. He acquired his doctor of dental surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. He has always envisioned fostering a cooperative relationship with the patients to provide them with a healthy environment with sessions tailored to every individuals needs.
Dr. Burkett completed his mini-residency in Pediatric and Special Needs Dentistry from the University of Florida. He has a license to operate in the State of Texas by the Western Regional Examination Board. Being a respectable member of the Dental community and with affiliation with the American Dental Association, the State of Texas Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Burkett has always prioritized the health of his patients.

Dr. Burkett is amazing with my 2 year old! He has a lot of patience and explains himself thoroughly. We came over from another dentistry location where they would have her checked in 5 minutes and done. Once it's time, my baby will also be a patient of his!

The worst experience I've EVER had at a dentist office. Ladies in the front were so rude & I waited for over 45 minutes when I had an appointment. Dentist was not informative at all! Definitely will not be going back!!!! (Would give 0 stars if I could)

I've brought my child to Dr Romero and Dr Burkett since the age of six months old. Staff always greets us with a smile and the reminders for appointments are great! My family is all extremely comfortable with the Doctors and the staff always assure to make the appointments a breeze! Highly recommend.
