Last time I went there I wasn't impressed with how they handled my teeth cleaning, the anesthesia was too harsh or maybe it was how they administered it because it hurt for a week, they loosened a tooth and failed to even tell me about it. Didn't find out till I went and got another opinion by another dentist.

Extremely happy with my experience with Dr. Mayra Alaniz! She's the absolute sweetest and very thoughtful and thorough with her explanations. I had to have a filling and cleaning done during pregnancy and she put all my fears at ease.

If you want to see a real Dentist or an Orthodontist, then don't waste your time with Burkett. Its the beauty school of Dentistry. An actual Doctor does not work on you. He's farming out all the work to practitioners and has many of them (over 10) doing his work. But the license is in his name and you supposedly make an appointment with him. The practitioners don't know much. Cannot answer questions. They are just there to take direction from the doctor and do as they are told. Most of the staff is very professional and nice, but the doctor is very disrespectful and full of himself.

My family has been seeing Dr. Burkett and his team for years. They always work great with my kids and help them feel at ease. I also appreciate how willing they are to work with my schedule.

Dr. Rivera is young, enthusiastic and compassionate . He is very knowledgeable and has strong working ethics. He is friendly and has great bedside manners. He is very thorough and explains everything that he is doing. He cares to ask if you are pain. Strongly recommend him. The staff members are also great. The receptionist has great customer service. The dental assistants are caring and explain everything as they are doing it. Affordable prices! Very clean place with great Covid precautions. You will not regret choosing this dentistry place for you and your family.

Staff is so friendly and helpful, never waited more than 10 minutes. His prices are so affordable and the dentist is amazing. He seen both of my kids since birth (10 years)and I have no complains! Highly recommend him.

His office has plenty of room , and the staff are always friendly.. . The lady at the front window is always really cool ... The lobby where you wait has a really cool play area for the kids too. And there's 3 TV's.... Dr. Burkett has a real professional personality , and is always so cool ...

Love this place, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Extremely clean, professional and courteous. Wait time is no longer then 5min with appointments. Can't see myself going anywhere else!!
