I am almost 40 and have been going to this dental office since I was kid. They have always treated me so kindly. I have incredibly sensitive teeth and they always are gentle and patient with me. I highly suspect this group!

The staff are always super friendly and relieve the stress of going to the dentist. I have had several appointments ranging from cleanings to root canals and with all those appointments I felt comfortable, listened to, and taken care of which I feel is the most important thing to look for in any doctor office setting. -Kayla Locke

I loved my experience! The staff were all SO friendly and kind! They even gave me a heater when I was cold haha! I recently moved to the area and now feel so confident knowing I have a dentist I truly love!

Dr. Bazerbashi and her professional staff including Ruth, Miss V, Caitlin, Mirna and Francis are simply terrific. Everyone there is very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. Prior to finding Dr. Bazerbashi, I had avoided going to the dentist for many years due to my fear, anxiety and embarrassing dental issues. She quickly developed a treatment plan that addressed all my dental issues, and after a few short visits, everything was completed. I am super happy and I can finally smile without feeling self-conscious. My treatment was extensive including crowns, implants and veneer's. So if you a looking for an experienced dentist that you can trust, and is super talented. I highly recommend Dr. Bazerbashi and her team. Their patience and kindness won me over and I am forever grateful.

Dr.B and her staff are great . Service with a friendly smile and always concerned about your comfort. I travel from Fredericksburg to see them, that's how much I trust them with my dental health.

Best. Dentist. Period. I have been to no less than 10 dentists in the Burke/Springfield area, and after near torture level experiences have developed what some might call a very real dental phobia. Burke Centre Dental Arts cured that fear. Not only do they not discuss procedures in the dental chair (they take you to a side office and sit and discuss what the procedure will be like and what to expect, believe me it's a small gesture that goes a very, very long way), they also are the most welcoming office I've ever been to. From Mrs. V, Caitlyn and the rest of the incredible front desk staff (who both went above and beyond all expectations to assist me in getting my insurance to accept a charge) to Tiffany (best assistant bar none) and the other dental professionals/assistants/hygienists, and Dr. McMillan himself and his fellow Dentists at the practice, it is the best dentist in the area without a doubt. I need to be sedated for more invasive procedures and they've explained all options and medication clearly. During one procedure when my anxiety worked it's way through the medication, they immediately stopped, allowed me to leave the office, and rescheduled my appt free of charge. From being scared to even walk in, to now having 3 crowns, an implant, and the healthiest set of teeth I've ever had (and all performed within the last year and a half). They are a wonderful and talented team of people that make me feel comfortable and even like family. I actually look forward to going into their office now which has never happened at any dentist. Thank you for your kindness and incredible professional knowledge and skill, can not recommend enough!

I found out today Dr McMillan is not returning to the practice. No explanation, no reason. I would expect a professional business that has been here for 35+years to alert is patients of the change with some explanation. I have been very happy with his service, but his prices have risen to the point of almost not being worth it. With his departure, I will be looking for a new dentist. I relied on his kindness and experience for years, and I will miss him.

Got my first filling today and I was a bit anxious until the quick painless procedure was underway. Doc knocked it out of the park as usual and I was even able to slide in for a quick cleaning from the lovely Francis! Thanks team!
