Spent 3 weeks trying to get 2 teeth pulled. First I had to get medical clearance for a metal cage in my back. 2nd trip my blood pressure was to high went to my doctore got my blood pressure way lower then it has been in years. Third trip bp was well under what any dentist has worked with before. Was told by the techs ok we're good to go. Dentist comes in oh no I won't pull them you need to see a specialist. So three lost days of work jumping through hoops for nothing thanks but no thanks wouldnt recomend this place to my worst enemy.

This review is just for Jill up there. Absolutely outstanding. She made sure we were cared for and heard. She was very kind and helpful. If I was someone above her I'd give her a raise based on our experience alone. Cannot express how appreciative we are on her help. If it wasn't for her, we would've had a horrible experience.

Extremely inconsistent office. You will get a different dentist and set of workers every time you go in. They also had to reschedule our appointments twice in a row, once because the particular new dentist didn't take our insurance and the second time because they scheduled us on a holiday even though I asked the lady several times if she was sure they were open that day due to it being a holiday.

The entire staff at Burk Smiles is everything I want to experience when going to the dentist. They are professional, kind, and caring. I've been going for four years now and have not had a single unpleasant experience. I'm very appreciative of the care I've received and that we have Burk Smiles in Burkburnett. Thank you to Dr Reagan Hines and staff.

Great staff & they r very friendly & helpful. It's been a long time since I've found a Dentist & staff this well equipped to doing a great job of making a person feel at ease & comfortable at the same time, they r that good my husband was very relaxed enough to go & it's been 24yrs since he was at a Dentist last cuz of a bad experience. Thank you so much

This was without any doubt the best Dentist experience in my 67 years. I had a tooth pulled, fillings and cleaning. I could keep going on how good it was but you get the picture.

Absolutely recommend!! They KNOW how to deliver that perfect small town care; fast, friendly, caring, organized. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt totally welcome (coming from my own experience as someone whose phobia is the dentist office). Small waiting room and office, but from what I saw they kept to their schedules quite nicely, so it wasn't a long wait time to begin with. All of the staff were helpful every step of the way.

The name tends to draw your lips up into a smile - can't be helped. It's when you step inside that your smile just seems as natural as the air we breathe. The receptionists are always smiling with something nice to say to everyone who walks in the door. The dental assistants are a blessing to work with. And then there are the dentists...not the usual 'scary types'. They have shown me first-hand how gentle and patient and, well, just like most of us to be around. They are friendly, caring, and just as well - mannered as can be. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist, but at Burk Smiles, I can leave my fears outside.

Dr. Lee is easily the nicest dentist I've ever had and he was very gentle on the sensitive spots in my mouth. Unfortunately, I haven't been to a dentist in years, but I wasn't judged for it and I really appreciated that.

I will only come here from now on. The staff went above an beyond to help me save the integrity of my smile. The Dr was professional and really cares about me as a patient. The staff needs a raise as they really do their best to satisfy their patients.
