Dr. Weinstein graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University and completed his medical studies at University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Weinstein is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He joined Compass Medical in 1998 and has served on the Compass Medical Board of Directors since 2001. Dr. Weinstein was elected President of the Board of Directors in 2015.
Dr. Dhruv Shah is a Medical School graduate from the UMDNJ (University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey) and completed his residency program at Hoboken University Medical Center. Dr. Shah earned his MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery) from Municipal Medical College in Gujarat, India and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. During 2005, Dr. Shah began as a Resident at UMDNJ and by the time he completed his residency in 2008, he was the Chief Resident. Dr. Shah has earned his Post-Masters in Health Informatics from UIC (University of Illinois Chicago). Dr. Shah has a special interest in Complex Disease Management, Clinical Integration of Information Technology tools and techniques to improve Health and Wellness outcomes, Diabetes Management, Geriatric & Pediatric Medicine & Developmental aspects of Human & Health Science.
Trisha has the dual responsibility of directing strategic human resource functions while also overseeing central business operations. Trisha works to further HR strategies to support the company mission, and with her team and management at large, develops policies and practices in accordance with federal and state regulatory agencies. Trisha works with management to assist Compass Medical to become an employer of choice, creating strategies to grow, enhance, and solidify the experience of our talented employees. In this role, she also coordinates central business service lines to support practices and departments in areas of training, marketing, business administration, and centralized service operations.
Dr. Michael Myers is responsible for determining the overall strategy for chronic disease management, managed care cost and quality initiatives, and clinical policy for Compass Medical. He leads the Medical Management Department which is comprised of a clinical pharmacist, population health analyst, and nurse care managers.
Dr. Myers has held positions in health care consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, served as Medicare Medical Director at Blue Cross Blue Shield, and worked for Partners Health Care System as Associate Medical Director. Before joining Compass Medical in 2011, Dr. Myers was the Medical Director for Hawthorn Medical Associates, a multispecialty medical group in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
A Board Certified Internal Medicine physician trained in Primary Care, Dr. Myers undergraduate studies were completed at Johns Hopkins University, and he earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and MBA from Northeastern University.
Dr. Koslow earned his medical degree in 1997 from the Medical College of Pennsylvania (now Drexel University College of Medicine). In 2001, he completed his emergency medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center and was Chief Resident. Dr. Koslow is board certified in emergency medicine. He also graduated from Boston College Law School in 2009 with honors, and serves as chairman of the national Medical Legal Committee of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Dr. Aversano has had many professional achievements including the Lange Medical Publications Award for Outstanding Achievement from Texas Teach University Health Sciences Center as well as multiple medical publications.
Renee Aversano, MD is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, earning her degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Texas as well as her Masters Degree in Pathology at the University of Texas. Dr. Aversano spent her residency at both Washington University School of Medicine and Baylor College of Medicine. She started her career at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO and has most recently practiced at Steward Medical Group Internal Medicine in Watertown, MA. Dr. Aversano has had many professional achievements including the Lange Medical Publications Award for Outstanding Achievement from Texas Teach University Health Sciences Center as well as multiple medical publications.
