I had gum pain, swollen gum .... Thanks to Dr. Josephs and office staff who help me to get over my problems. They were patient and helped me to settle down as I am afraid of going to the Dentist .. I will be back for follow up visits as they helped me to feel comfortable and build my confidence with dentists...

I would like to thank the team at Dr. Burgess office. A very special thanks to D, the front office manager for putting all of my anxiety to rest. I had a lot of concerns about my mothers dental work, and D went above and beyond, to put me and my mother at ease.

Doctor Burgess is simply an awesome dentist and fantastic person. He is very patient in listening to your dental issues and gives you many options. I have been fortunate to claim him as my dentist for several years now and my whole family too. He also has a great office staff that helps make every visit a pleasant experience.

I have gone to Dr. Burgess for several years and have experienced exceptional dental care. His staff is genuinely friendly and relationship oriented -from front desk to hygienists to assistants. They truly care about their patients as individuals and have become like friends to us, always inquiring about our lives outside the office, answering questions, dealing with times we have needed emergency care or have had to reschedule routine appointments- always with positive and helpful attitudes. Dr. Burgess is committed to easing anxiety in his patients while providing the best care possible. He also is not the kind of dentist who suggests unnecessary procedures, which again is a testament to his concern for his patients above his practice! Recommend with no hesitations!!!

I have been going to see Ralph Burgess for probably 25 years or more. He and his staff are always so friendly and care about their patients. I would highly recommend Ralph to anyone looking for a dentist.

Great staff and excellent work. I found Dr. Burgess when I was looking for a dentist and did not want to deal with the pop up dental locations with about 5 or 6 dentists inside. I was nervous with my first trip, broken tooth, but Dr. Burgess and staff took exceptional care of me and a few more visits after that to get things caught up on after neglect, the nervousness went away. Dr. Burgess and his staff make sure that any concern you may have will be addressed and taken care of if needed. I am glad I found him and would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone that is looking for a dentist.

Unfortunately when I called here to ask questions, the person on the phone acted put off and rude in answering anything I asked her! If my concerns would have been put more at ease I wouldn't go here strictly due to the rudeness of the person answering the phone, who in my opinion represents the office!

Dr. Burgess is an excellent dentist. My entire family and I have used his services for over 25 years. He is perhaps the best health care professional I have used. He explains the problems and gives you the options for treatment and together you can intelligently choose the right course of treatment for you and your children. Dr. Burgess is careful to refer you to a specialist if the problem is outside of his competence. He and his staff are experienced and caring.
