They were so friendly and my daughter loved them! They made sure I understood everything before doing any work. I really felt like they loved my girl and wanted to make her comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone!

Love Burg!! The dentists are fantastic, able to explain exactly what is needed and why. And they talk to my boys, instead of only to me; they include then kids in the decisions. Very patient and friendly. Love the front desk staff, too.

What a great experience! My son has been terrified of going to the dentist. The staff was so kind and engaging that he didnt even bat an eye. They were able to get more done with no tears then the past three dental offices we went to.

We love Burg Childrens Dentistry! The staff is so kind and patient and they are so gentle with the kids. My daughter is four and loves going to the dentist because they make it so fun and comfortable. Im grateful we live close to such a great dental office!

I love this place, but what is more important is that my daughter loves this place. She looks forward to going to the dentist. I did not grow up with the same experience. Im confident that she is being taken care of on every visit.

Amazing staff. From the receptionist to the doctor himself. Very patient with my fifteen month old who wouldnt lay down to me filling out my paperwork with a newborn in tow. Our family will be returning for sure!

The staff is so great with my kids. On the way for his visit he says, I LOVE going to the dentist! Which is funny considering how much I dread it! Dr Nielsen is so nice and takes the time to explain everything he sees.

The folks at Burg Childrens Dentistry are excellent! Our four year old daughter loves going there and they have set her up to enjoy going to the dentist for years to come! I have recommended them to friends already! Thanks for a great job guys!

First time parents having to put your kid to sleep for the first time had us stressed. But when we got there all the stress and worry was gone. Everyone was so nice and made us and our daughter very comfortable. (Even the receptionist) Our daughters dental work looks amazing, she has no pain! We love this place. Anesthesiologist (and his team) are amazing.

100 stars! Brought my 19 no daughter in with an emergency- I drove/called around frantically and Burg was the only place that would help us. They squeezed us in and were beyond kind and accommodating. The office energy was very personable and staff was very helpful and understanding. Dr. Sorenson had wonderful bedside manner and was very informative and thorough. My baby loved him and he was able to get her to behave well for his exam. She needed sedation care so we traveled to their Daybreak location. Our insurance was expiring and they pulled every string they could for us to get in within 1 week- Amazing! The care and work at the Daybreak location for her outpatient sedation care was wonderful. It was like they hired baby whisperers. Her crowns and other dental work were top notch! Beyond words great experience! -Sara Hinckley

Terrible terrible service! We took our son to see the dentist in March and we switched our insurance company to another one in May. We thought it was over. Somehow we got a bill in the first week of August and it says the insurance was denied in July. We decided to not pay yet until we found out why . Few days later, we got a phone call from Daybreak office and the lady in the phone basically said she doesn't care why the insurance didn't cover for us and also threatened us that the bill was overdue and if we don't pay , she would send it to collection. So we still don't know why we get this bill. And no questions and doubts allowed neither ! My husband had to give in after her threatening. We never got a bill or notice letter from our former Dental insurance company about this Bill neither! So many unknown left to us! We will definitely NOT going back to this office !!

Terrible customer treatment! The office canceled the appointments I originally booked, and I had to reschedule for my 3 kids while I was out of town. (Not the first time they have called to reschedule.) My husband was ok to take them, but being off of our regular schedule, he forgot. When they didn't show, I got a message saying if we were more than 15 minutes late they would charge us $35 PER KID no show fee. We live close by, so I quickly called my husband to have him run the kids over, then called the office to tell them we were on the way. The receptionist told me that it was too late and our spots had already been filled. At this time we were 11 minutes late, not 15. I asked if she could at least take the other two, and only charge us for one no show, but she had already moved everything around before the 15 minutes was up. She was super rude on the phone, calling me an irresponsible parent. (I'm guessing she doesn't have kids, or she would understand all we juggle.) I complained that the "reminder call" came almost a week before the actual appointment, and she snapped at me about how that's a "courtesy call" they aren't even "required to make." Umm... yeah... except EVERY office does, and knows that you rely on that reminder, preferably the day before, not a week ahead. When it's that early, why bother? It's like they booked themselves way too tightly and hope people will forget so they can loosen the schedule and make money to boot. I have been taking my kids to dentists and doctors for 17 years, and have never been treated like this. I've missed a few appointments through the years, cause life happens, and I've never been charged a cent, let alone $105!!!! Needless to say, we won't be returning.i

They're good...until they're not. We've been going to them for several years with our kids and referred countless friends, but they show no courtesies in return. This morning we called when our kids woke up sick to cancel our upcoming appointment. COVID was in our house the week before so we told them we didn't want to infect their staff so they cancelled the appointment and cheerfully told us the cost is $35 per kid (x4) because technically it was within 48 hours notice. We asked why and they told us it was for lost time and they have to pay their staff regardless...Which makes sense, except that they still had plenty of time to fill their slot. They then ended the call, cheery yet stern. Talking it over immediately after the call, our kids were seeming like they were potentially going to be fine, and with the one available COVID test we had at home, they showed negative and since Burg didn't seem to care even if our kids were symptomatic, we called back relatively quickly and they had already filled our 4 slots...within 30 mins of our courtesy call! I understood they couldn't just make an opening, so I asked if they were still going to charge us the fees for lost time, and they said yes.. I realize we signed the form (apparently...not me, but my wife did), but they show no courtesies even after we tried to for them. Even after years of loyalty, and when it ultimately had no effect on their staffing/lost time - and we promptly called back, they said, and I quote "We're still charging you because you signed a form stating we can, and it can't be disputed". Then they asked when we would like to reschedule, so I hung up.

My son was so scared before we went, but he said after the appointment that he barely felt getting numb from the needle to get his cavity filled and he said the dentist did a great job. I am so glad that he had a positive experience and is not scared to go back.

So far have had a great experience with 3 out of 4 of my littles. 2 needed some pretty heavy duty work. Everyone is kind and welcoming and very professional. They are great with kids of all ages, adjusting how they speak and what they say depending on the child's age.

So, they changed my original date to take my kids to the dentist then I told them that I would get back to them to see what days I have available since they changed my original date. Then I get a call saying that I have an appointment at 3 PM which I never confirmed and now they are charging me a fee. And they say that it's my fault because I received a text which I never got. I wasn't gonna argue with their Manager I'll guess I'll just find another dentist simple as that.
