Bad dentist ever! The dentist is very unprofessional and real scam artist. I visited the office in April, 2022 and I was on a lot of pain. So despite of my insurance covers much of it and the dentist asked for a lot of money (wrongfully over charge). And above all that he is very inexperienced and disrespectful. I'll say he went to school to become a sammer not a dentist.

Burbank Dental Group is the absolute best for Ortho, esp if that person is Alex! Alex has been great with helping me during my braces treatment, super nice and makes the process not so painful haha. Highly recommend anyone to come here if they looking to perfect their smile

This place was a terrible experience. I should have checked the reviews before going as I had a similar experience to the other 1 star reviewers. The biggest concern was that one of the receptionists wore her mask down under her chin not even covering her mouth. I spent 3 hours in the office waiting between x-rays and cleaning and taking to the dentist. The x-ray technician was extremely rough with my mouth. I've never been in so much pain from an x-ray. They attempted to upswell me on SO many services I didn't need including Invisalign while I'm actually quite happy with how my teeth look. I would NOT trust these people with my teeth ever again.

You guys should be reported do not ever go here this is the worst dental group it's a scam and all they want to do is is upsell you dental work you don't need. So on my first visit which was supposed to be a cleaning all they did was tell me about everything that was wrong with my mouth including that I needed all these fillings and had gingivitis and needed a "gingivitis flush" I am really appalled and will not be going back thank God I didn't let them work on my mouth! All lies :/

Be aware they can charge at their discrepancy... blaming system doesn't work. Also the assistant/trainee messed the X-ray and they needed to do it second time ...

Honestly got my tooth pulled friday , the sad part is that I had a tooth absence, they never flushed it out , just straight pulled my tooth , they said they would call my prescription in , I go to my pharmacist they say they have not recieved a call , well from friday till now no prescription is ready, infection came back and went to e.r , please report these ppl

*****WORST DENTAL EXPERIANCE***** This office was referred to us from our current provider who no longer see's children. It was an emergancy matter due to my son having a severely infected cavity. Not only was his left side of his face super swollen but had been in pain. I would have never chose this office had I read all these reviews, which come to no surprise to me at all as our experience here today was HORRIBLE. We were scheduled to come in for a 10 am appointment. We come in wait 20-30 min they call my son in. Take a quick X-ray and have him sit. I'm thinking they are going to get started soon the dentist comes in, goes over the details, then we wait again. Mind you my son is 6 he knows he's getting a tooth pulled out, he is sitting there listening to the kid in the next room screaming, he's starting to get anxious I'm trying to calm him. We continue to wait 1 hr goes by my husband is in the waiting room we switch. They finally "get started" 2 1/2 hours later, only to stop 10 min later after numbing my sons mouth and saying he's crying too much. He's 6 he's in pain of course he's going to cry! I'm in the waiting room hearing the front desk lady say comments about my son. This lady I don't know what her position there is, she's short blonde with pink tips heavy set and has a thick accent, decides she wants to go to lunch and reschedule my sons precedure! I walk in as I over hear them speaking to my husband about rescheduling. I'm thinking the dentist clearly said his tooth is extremely infected and if it's not removed infection will spread and will need a visit to ER for IV antibiotics. I'm thinking how is she going to let him go home after saying that! I refuse to reschedule I have been here now for 3 hours! my son has been poked, gassed up and strapped up. They will get it done today! Athe rude front desk lady with an accent starts raising her voice at me and my husband saying "we didn't want to schedule you in the first place!" "We are working into our lunch hour" Excuse me! Who's fault is that? How is that our problem? How rude is that?! So unprofessional! It was really tough for me to not blow up on this lady. The dentist seemed embarrassed and tried to calm her down, and decides to keep going with the procedure. The Rude front desk lady says "okay you have 10 min and your outta here!" I'm thinking is this a joke? Believe me if my son was not numb and if the infection wasn't as severe where it needed to be removed right away, I would have grabbed my baby and ran out of there. I was stuck This miserable troll was a nightmare. I was shocked that the dentist had no control over her. If she worked for me I would have fired her for talking to a patient that way. Long story short they removed my sons tooth. I will not be recommending this office to anyone or ever stepping foot in there. It's sad that one person can ruin a business. She is the root of the problem I am sure. I pray my son heals and doesn't get an infection from any of there tools as I read in a previous review.

I have gone three times and every time the staff is so polite and considerate. I jut have to show a bit of discomfort and right away they try to fix it. I've never had to wait long. I was recommended to them and I would recommend them. I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed there so ill keep you all updated.

I'm completely utterly disgusted with this dentistry I agree with another post that said they try to sell you work that you don't need when I went in I needed a crown for a root canal which they gave me an infection their instruments are dirty I pointed it out to them and they're equipment that goes in your mouth is outdated chipped and cracked still have material on them they tried to assure me that they went through a sterilization process I ordered yellow gold for the crown as it is the best and most expensive when it arrived I had a full-blown infection and I just wanted the damn crown in my mouth but I questioned it in front of the dentist in fact I had them call the company they are contracted with who made the crown to confirm it was yellow gold because it did not look like yellow gold!but I was in so much distress I had them put it in anyway but I'm here to say I'm going to sue this dentistry and get my money back there's no way in hell I would letanyone of those Dentists touch me again!! Stay far away from this place!!
