Dr. Randy Burba earned his undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry from Providence College in Rhode Island. In 1995 he earned his doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He began his dental career alongside his father, Dr. Stanley Burba, in Salem, MA.

Dr. Burba is committed to providing his patients exceptional care. Since 1995 he has been practicing general dentistry in a family practice with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry. His high work ethic means that he wont just rely on his years of experience. Dr. Burba and his team offer state-of-the-art dentistry to their patients through a considerable amount of continuing education. One of the highest achievements a dentist can obtain is accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD).

AACD accreditation is the standard of excellence in the cosmetic dentistry field. Only aroundone out of every 500dentists worldwide have attained this level. The process of obtaining accreditation includes:

Dr. Randy Burba has also held leadership positions in the AACD. He is a past president of the New England Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the national AACD.

Dr. Randy Burba doesnt limit his advanced training to cosmetic dentistry. While Massachusetts requires 20 hours of continuing education each year, he will routinely exceed 100 hours, staying up with advances in implant dentistry, complex restorative dentistry, and TMJ treatment. For example, he is a graduate of the Dawson Academy in Florida which teaches full mouth rehabilitation, complex restorative dentistry, and occlusion.

Dr. Stanley Burba was raised in Salem, MA, and still lives here with his wife, Janet, a hygienist in our office. He has been serving the Salem community for over forty years. After graduating from St. Johns Preparatory School in Danvers, MA, he received his Bachelors of Science from Northeastern University in Boston. He went on to Georgetown University School of Dentistry and received his DDS degree in 1965.

After graduating he held a position as an instructor in the Department of Crown and Bridge at Georgetown University Dental School in Washington, D.C. Then, in 1967, he left to serve our country in Vietnam and received a U.S. Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Dental Service. He was a lieutenant in the U.S. Army Signal Corps and then a captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps.

After returning from Vietnam, he went on to open his family dental practice in Salem. He is committed to providing valued patient care in an environment of trust and understanding. His passion for dentistry is displayed in his desire to continue offering the best in patient care. He attends continuing education courses every year to keep up with the advances in dental medicine. He now practices with his son Dr. Randall Burba, an accredited member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Stanley and Mrs. Burba have four children: Randall, Elaine, Elizabeth, and Deborah and ten grandchildren. During their free time they enjoy traveling, boating, and spending time with their family.

Deborah has been in the dental field for over thirty years, more than sixteen of those has been right here at Burba Dental. She loves comforting nervous patients and helping them feel at home. She gets additional satisfaction from learning and keeping up with the latest technology in the field. While shes with her patients, she enjoys teaching them about the various aspects of dentistry theyre experiencing as well as how to improve their oral health.

In her personal life, Deborah has been married for 20+ years and loves exercising, traveling and hanging out with family. This area is a particular favorite of hers. The ocean relaxes her. You can often catch her by the seaside just enjoying the atmosphere around her and thinking.

Tifani has been a dental assistant for over 9 years. She studied at the Everest Institutes Dental Assisting program. Tifanis interest in dentistry began as a curious child. She was always at the dentists office getting fillings done and decided she wanted to learn how it works for herself. Her favorite part of her job is to make patients comfortable to the point they no longer feel any dental anxiety.

Jen completed dental assistant school at Bryman Institute. In addition to that, she received Radiology Certification at Tufts. Though shes been in this field for 15 years, her fascination with dentistry started when she was 12 years old. I remember asking my mother to let me get my teeth bleached like Halle Berrys, Jen recalled. But, it was her mothers fear of dentistry which steered her into the field. She wanted to help her mother feel comfortable in a dental chair. In fact, thats what she finds most rewarding about her job. I like to see people happy, Jen said.

In her spare time, Jennifer loves spending time outdoors and guards her family time closely. She loves everything the North Shore has to offer, including swimming, fishing, and fire pits. She and her fiance Kevin have six children and two dogs.

Irene loved growing up in the small town of Charlestown, Massachusetts. Positive dental experiences at her childhood dentists office and seeing the fun environment encouraged Irene to pursue a career in dentistry. As a dental assistant of more than 20 years, Irene enjoys patient care and seeing patients smile after treatment.

Siobhan has a bachelor in science from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, and has been a dental hygienist for the last ten years. She loves the dental field because she gets to work with people, listen to their stories, and help them feel good about themselves.

A native of Lynn, Massachusetts, Robyn graduated from Middlesex Community College and has worked as a registered dental hygienist since 2002. Her mother, a dental assistant, influenced Robyns decision to pursue a career in dentistry. During her senior year in high school, Robyn had a co-op job at the dental office where her mother worked. And although she had planned to attend nursing school, Robyn decided to become a dental hygienist instead.

After cleaning patients teeth, Robyn finds it particularly satisfying to see their happy faces and appreciation for helping them achieve good oral health. She also enjoys building rapport and relationships with patients.

Daniela grew up in both Peabody and Reading. She attended North Shore Community College where she received two associates degrees in Liberal Arts and Business. She decided to get into dentistry because she was afraid of everything about itthe sounds, the smells, the approach. At one point she wondered if the whole field was just a scam. But, after much reading and time shes come to appreciate dentistry and the importance of good oral health. She finds it most gratifying to help patients understand the field as well.

Recently married, Daniela is the youngest of three girls and adores her nieces. Shes also bilingual and is fluent in both English and Portuguese. She loves living on the coast and feels we get the best and worst of all seasons. In her spare time, she enjoys going to restaurants and trying new foods.

Suzanne grew up in Lynnfield in a dental household. Her father was a dentist. While she went to school she worked as a receptionist and assistant. She attended both Northeastern University and Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists. Shes been in her field for nineteen years. Suzanne loves her job and finds it particularly satisfying helping patients feel at ease while having their treatment done. She also enjoys educating patients on optimal health.

Suzanne and her husband, Chris, have twin boys (Lucas and Sheamus) as well as a Cavachon named Max. They love the ocean and traveling. Suzanne also enjoys cooking and grew up sailing out of Marblehead.

Nancy has worked in the dental field for over 30 years. As financial coordinator, Nancy ensures our patients receive all of the insurance benefits they should. She enjoys working with our patients to make their investment in their dental care as painless as their treatment. The best part of my job, Nancy said. Is helping patients be able to afford the dental care they need and seeing the final outcome.

Born in Salem and raised in Lynn, Sal enjoys the areas great sense of community and diversity. Working in dentistry at Burba Dental is satisfying to Sal because the team is enthusiastic and truly cares about helping patients find their smiles.

I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me within an hour of my phone call. I have dental anxiety and the team was absolutely wonderful, Dr. Kayla and Irene immediately put me at ease. I've had a cleaning and check in since then and it was the same experience. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and truly make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone who usually avoids the dentist to check this practice out, they will take great care of you.

I've been a patient at Burba Dental ever since I was a kid. They've always been trustworthy + good, and you never have to worry about them trying to push unnecessary services on you like other dental practices. Definitely recommend

They still do deadly root canals. Google "evidence of harm huggins" and you will likely save your life. Note that most other dentists do the same because their profits are more important than people,. These malpractice dentists think I should pay to visit them so they can do whatever they want to me and not warn people to stay far away because they perform deadly root canals. Nope. They need to be shut down. If you read up on deadly root canals you will conclude this dentist is very likely responsible for many deaths. Root canals almost always cause deadly disease since they continually leak extreme toxins into you - that's a fact. All root canals do this, it has nothing to do with how well they're done. Dentists like Burba Dental Partners do root canals purely for profit, exactly the same reason dentists for decades continued to do mercury amalgam fillings after they knew they were highly toxic. Do you own research and do not listen to the excuses these dentists go on about to protect their profits at your expense. They lie.

I've only had one visit but I confidently say Burba Dental Partners will be my new dentist office. After not being to the dentist in 7+ years I was worried not only in the condition of my teeth, but of the judgement I would receive from others. I can say I was warmly welcomed to Burba and they made me feel as comfortable as if I'd been going there for years. Everyone was up front and honest about the condition of my teeth without being condescending or reprimanding me. I met with Dr. Randall Burba and it was a pleasure. The entire conversation was centered on what I can do to move forward and get my teeth healthy. Rather than with previous dentists, the discussion always revolved around past issues. I was able to book my first round of follow up appointments with ease and am looking forward to getting my teeth back to a healthy state with the help of Burba Dental Partners!

I visited Burba dental at the recommendation of my coworkers. (I had a few bad previous dentists.) I only had my initial visit but I was more than impressed. They were beyond friendly and the staff actually took time to explain everything out and do a very thorough exam. They also cared to listen to me and work through my dental decisions. I was very happy and look forward to all my future visits!
