My daughter had her first visit to Bunn Family Dentistry today. I was very pleased with their professionalism but more so with their individual care for their patients. Very gentle and caring. I hope this is the beginning of a great relationship with an excellent provider.

My wife got her wisdom teeth removed by Dr Simpson and the service was amazing! The office is top-notch and so is the staff!! They took us back on time and he helped her feel comfortable about the procedure, then he numbed her up great and she didn't feel a thing even without being put to sleep. They were able to send the prescriptions to our pharmacy and help us understand what we needed to do for recovery and didn't leave any questions unanswered.

A big thank you to Dr. Simpson and his staff. They were all so kind and understanding of my situation and made me a new set of dentures that are the perfect fit. I would highly recommend them.

My Gretchen is the best. She makes me feel so loved and welcome like I'm one of her children. I go back everytime just to see her beautiful face. Cletus please give her a raise she earned it.

Everyone there is so nice and amazing. My 5 year old grandson enjoyed his cleaning with no problems. They take their time with you and make sure that you are satisfied with everything. Ashley was so great with me. We will be staying with them. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE STAFF!

Had my tooth extracted for the first time and the doctor and his staff provided me a thorough assessment to show my options before extracting. He explained what the process would be like, the procedure was fast, clean, and most of all painless!! I highly recommend !!

First, let me start this review by saying I'm not one to write reviews on a company. I think people need to be informed when it comes to poor service as well as outstanding service since you give your hard earned money to their business. My two star review is due to me and my family's experience with this business from start to finish. My family were patients at Bunn Family Dentistry for about 5 years. When we first became patients, everything was great, however over the last two years the level of service has become ridiculous compared to when we first started going there. To start, my husband was called in early for his appointment due to a cancellation and wasn't called back for almost two hours after his initial scheduled time, then once called back he sat in the chair for almost an hour before being seen for his regular cleaning, yet he was called in early. Next, last year they tried to charge my insurance company twice for something that I paid cash for. Recently, I had a morning appointment, and needless to say after waiting in the waiting room for almost and hour and a half, I was called back to wait another hour before being seen. Initially, I was told that nothing was wrong with my tooth, and then in the next sentence I was told I needed a crown. I decided to get a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. I had been on the fence about changing for the last two years due to the declining service, but struggled with changing because their office is close to home, but after my most recent experience, I will not be giving any more of my money to support their business. The lady who checked me out was very apologetic for the inconvenience, as well as the other staff that I interacted with, but not the dentist. He seemed that he could care less and wasn't respectful of my time after spending half the day in his office for him to look at my tooth, and tried to make light of the situation. Needless to say, I found his attitude very unprofessional and have changed to Village Dental in Raleigh where the level of service is far more superior than that of Bunn Family Dentistry. If you have experienced the same service as my family and I have, and are on the fence about making a change like I was, you may want to consider Village Dental where you are treated as family, and it is evident that everyone including the dentist is passionate about what they do. They respect your time and are very informative/helpful. I visited Bunn Family Dentistry on 6/20/22 without resolution so I contacted Village Dental after leaving their office and was able to get my new patient appointment on 6/21/22 and have the old filling removed and replaced with a new one on 6/23/22, which by the way was the cause of my pain. They are awesome!

Had my 2yr old's 1st dentist appointment today. The staff were extremely helpful in making his visit a great experience!! No tears, just a bunch of smiles 10/10 would reccomend!

Having had dental work done in the past, I was very apprehensive about the dental work needed. From the very first appointment , my experience with Bunn Dentistry was very good. Beginning with receptionist Shelbie, and Dr Simpson's assistant Trudi.They were very courteous and professional. Dr Simpson's patience with me, as I was very apprehensive, was reassuring. Through the whole procedure, from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the final result. The upper denture I received was of very good quality, and looks absolutely great. I highly recommend Bunn Dentistry if one is looking to have dental work done.

I took my 7 year old son Perry to Bunn Family Dentistry and the outcome was wonderful. The complete staff are so compassionate as well as professional. Not one time was my son nervous. The staff explained completely what they was gonna do not to mention they asked for my opinion on his procedure as well. They answer all questions in full detail. Perry enjoyed himself. Perry look so forward to his next visit. I told him "The dentist is your friend" and now he walk around chanting "The dentist is my friend"...

I can not say enough amazing things about this practice! Dr Simpson and Gretchen are so very compassionate, and make sure you are comfortable throughout your procedure. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those that are scared of going to to dentist like me!

They are the absolute worst about overbooking and not being considerate of your time. 50 minutes past my appointment and still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't recommend them for anything. I will be finding a new dentist.
