Dr. Robert Bundy was born and raised in Ashland, NE. He completed his bachelors degree in biochemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He began his dental education at University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry, where he graduated with distinction. After dental school, he furthered his education by receiving advanced training in a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the UNMC Hospital and the Veterans Administration. During this residency, he treated a variety of patients, some with complex health issues and challenging dental needs.
Dr. Bundy was excited when the opportunity to open a dental practice in his hometown presented itself. He built a new building, equipped it with the latest technologies and opened in November of 2014. He continued to be a part-time clinical instructor at the UNMC Hospital in Omaha, where he supervised the GPR residents in the dental clinic. He now sees special needs adult patients at the Boys Town National Research hospital a few times a month. Dr. Bundy is committed to lifelong learning and continues to expand his scope of practice through continuing education. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Nebraska Dental Association, International Association for Orthodontics, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and currently sits on the board of the Ashland Area Economic Development Corporation.
When he is not focusing on dentistry, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and daughters Brynn and Josie. They enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling and playing golf. Since he has returned to the community he has become active in several community projects and committees. He currently serves on the Board of the Ashland Economic Development Corporation, Ashland Public School Foundation, and the Ashland Area Foundation. He also stays active with the local FFA Alumni and Chamber.
Amber was born and raised in Billings, Montana. She moved to Nebraska in 2018 for her significant other. Before joining our team she was a pediatric dental assistant. She loves meeting all of the patients and being able to help out the community outside of the office. She loves anything that involves the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Originally from Lynch, Nebraska, Kara graduated from UNMC College of Dentistry with a bachelors of science in dental hygiene in May 2018, and she started working for Bundy Family Dentistry right after graduation. Kara enjoys building patient relationships and strives to ensure her patients are informed and comfortable during their entire dental visit. Kara and her husband, Chance, live in Waverly, NE. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing with their two dogs, Kruz and Shipley.
Tanna is originally from Fremont, Ne but now lives in Omaha with her boyfriend, Jon, and their two chocolate labs, Zeus and Kahlua. She is expecting their first child, a girl, in July of 2021. After becoming a Certified Dental Assistant, she worked in Orthodontics for a while. She loves our office because the patients are friendly and the environment is comforting to be in. Outside of the office, she enjoys being outdoors, from skiing to boating at the lake.
Jordan is from Omaha Nebraska. She graduated from UNMC College of Dentistry with a bachelors of science in dental hygiene May 2019. Jordan loves getting to know patients and her caring and sweet personality make her an invaluable member of our team. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and playing with her two dogs Millie and Phoebe.
Savannah is a 2012 graduate of UNMC with a Bachelors of Science in dental hygiene. Before joining the Bundy team in July 2020, she spent 8 years caring for patients in a private practice in Omaha. Her favorite part of dental hygiene is getting to know her patients and helping them achieve a healthy smile. Savannah lives in Waverly with her husband , Matt, and their two children, Emmalyn and Everett. The kids are involved in many sports and activities that keeps everyone busy. For fun, they enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family.
