Excellent experiences here. Dr. Charlie is very friendly and explains everything that's happening. They are also aware and accommodate people who have dental anxiety. I had a crown replaced from Dr. Charlie and it was a positive experience, after avoiding it for 2 years!

They will charge a ***$50 no-show fee*** if you don't call to reschedule an appointment. I want everyone to be aware of this because it does not say it anywhere on their website. This was not communicated to me in any way, nor could the receptionist (Kelly) show me any document I had signed that said I agreed to the no-show fee. All I got beforehand was a couple calls and voicemails about confirming my appointment, including a rather passive-aggressive one saying "your appointment was at 1PM, it is now 1:17PM. Are you on your way?" I recently lost my insurance coverage, so due to not being able to pay for the appointment, I wasn't able to go. I had made the first appointment when I was still covered, and it was shocking to me that they charged a fee when previously I had experienced no fees for no-shows, and one experience where the receptionist actually "cancelled" my appointment without my consent because I did not confirm it beforehand. This really soured my experience with Bulverde Point Dental. After coming here for more than 2 years with my entire family all signed up for services, it is just disappointing to me to be treated like a number after all this time. Dr. Majdalani and his staff are all very professional and nice to be around, but when the rubber hits the road, you are the customer before you are a patient.

Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do; however, the first time I saw Dr. Majdalani, I felt completely comfortable. He explained everything he was doing. I had to have a filling replaced in a front tooth that has been chipped and he worked diligently to make sure that the color of the filling matched the teeth around it. I am very pleased with the result. Today, it was time for my cleaning. Penny not only did a great job of getting rid of all that plaque that I missed, she helped me to understand the relationship between the health of my gums with the need to keep my diabetes in check. Love that she is concerned with my whole health not just my mouth.

Experience was great and the personnel informative, helpful and friendly. Great place to have your dental needs taken care of in gentle and thorough way. Already have appointment for next cleaning.

I absolutely love Dr. Charlie and Penny Sperling-dental assistant. He's my favorite dentist ever. Penny is very thorough and gentle in cleaning teeth. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good dentist/hygienist that explains every procedure they are doing. They are both ROCK STARS!

Bulverde Point Dental is on Point! Dr. Majdalani and his staff are doing some great dentistry in Bulverde. He has a beautiful office that has wonderful views of the Texas Hill Country and large artworks of the San Antonio missions that are so cool! Every time that I've visited, I have been able to check out some serene wildlife out the window while my teeth get cleaned. Relaxing! The staff does a great job of keeping the dental office clean, and decorated for various holidays so it looks beautiful and festive. In each exam room, there are televisions playing classic country music that always puts my mind at ease while I am getting my teeth cleaned. It's easier to not think about my molars getting scraped clean when Dolly Parton is singing about what real pain is. The dental hygienist, Penny, does an absolutely amazing job here! She makes sure to get my teeth spotlessly cleaned. She's the best I've ever seen- she sure knows how to knock out the plaque and let the fluoride flow. Penny does such a thorough job, my smile is spotless after I leave here. She's friendly and gentle, which I appreciate. Dr. Charles Majdalani really knows what he's doing around here! His chair-side manner is nice and professional. He is an Eagle Scout, so you can tell he's a go-getter! He gives good advice (remember to floss!) and does a great job of explaining things. (You only need to floss the ones you want to keep!) The prices are very fair, especially for the attention to detail and thorough cleanings. Dr. Majdalani does a fantastic job of keeping my chompers clean and healthy! The front desk staff is always friendly and smiling when I come in. They're fast and get my next appointment and billing done fast. They're always good about letting me know that I have an appointment coming up via text message. Parking is very easy, there's a dedicated lot. The office is a little bit off of Highway 281, just follow the signs. The point is, this place is great.

Dr. Majdalani and his staff are wonderful!! I have always hated being in the dental chair but Dr. Majdalani and his assistant, Shanna, make the experience impeccable! They explain everything in detail so I understand what is being done. I have never had a better dental experience!!
