Very disappointed. Sometimes they were great others they were very much not. Long waits. Poor bedside manners, ESPECIALLY with my 12 year old, there is no need to be that aggressive cleaning my daughters teeth and making her dislike the dentist and crying because it HURT her. when brought to their attention was nonchalant and didnt care one bit. Called to cancel my daughters and my appointment just days before because they decided to no longer accept our insurance. Just as some have previously stated very unorganized as well.

Do not go to this dental office. The office staff is VERY unorganized. My son had root canals done and they said they would send in an authorization request. I call back to get told that they no longer take my insurance. I called my insurance company and was told that Bullard Dental Group NEVER even sent the authorization request in. This was several months ago too.

I've been to many dentists in my life. Bullard dental is my favorite. They are very easy to work with and very prompt with their appointments. Ramona, Choua, Ruban and all of the dentists are very professional and friendly.

They always do a great job here. Shoua cleaned my teeth thoroughly with great care and was also very hospitable.

I want to thank Dr. Kaur, her assistant Sarah and the front office staff for making our experience at Bullard Dental a positive one! My granddaughter Mckenzie had a filling done and Dr. Kaur and Sarah were so patient and kind with her. They told her what they were going to do and explained everything in detail! Mr. Thirsty was McKenzie's friend and she loved biting down on the soft pink pillows! Thank you all so much!

DONT GO HERE. Made an appointment and they still made me wait AN HOUR after so I left. Don't waste ur time. Don't go here unless u don't value ur time

6 years as Bullard Dental patient. It's a great dentist and normally they are quick. My hygienist, Harpreet, was awesome!!!

Awesome facility and great staff Dr. Fay is awesome and front desk Bee, Ramona, Pam and Jacki always make sure I'm set and taken care of keep it up team

I never write reviews but i feel like this one is worth writing. Ive been coming to Bullard Dental for a while now and i really like it there, Everyone is always so nice, Its always clean, I'm always in and out. I've had dental work done here and got braces soon after. Alex was awesome he worked out a payment plan with me and Dr. Johnson did an amazing job with my braces, the girls are all nice and professional I would recommend Bullard Dental to anyone.

This is a very clean facility that caters to kids and teens. Roberta was excellent with my children 16&13. Having children herself, she was able to connect with my children, explain what she did, and needed them to do. The receptionist was great, very personable and funny. A shot out to Pam and Jessica as well!

Hygienist Roberta is always awesome, loves her job and good at what she does. Staff are on top of things. Rated 4 stars only because the waiting list for rescheduling takes months. Keep your appointments, it gets busy. Parking lot is small so come early to find a spot.

I was referred by a dear friend who took her entire family to Bullard Dental. Since losing my job and better insurance I had to file for medical under medical cal. I must tell you the prejudice that surround the medi cal recipients is utter disgusting! This firm has yet to contact me regarding my care for my teeth. I have been in receipt of the medi cal acceptance letters for months now to see to my cleaning and work to be done and was told they would be in contact with me, to date months later I have heard nothing from them. During last visit the staff was distasteful and rude, the dr I saw was old an rude himself, the X-ray tech left me with X-ray film gagging while she held a personal conversation with her co-worker. One tooth I have is cracked, and when the dr. was asked did you see the crack in my upper right tooth, he sad no. I have seen the xrays that were taken with another dr. while under private pay, this dr. at Bullard lied. The tooth has come apart and now require extraction. I personally do not recommend this dental firm, not even if you are private pay or with a better health care plan. Any organization that denies or treats a patient differently based on the ability to pay is not in it for the care of its patients, it's all about the money!

The hygienist Choua there is awesome!!! Had a good experience with her at my last appointment. She's great at what she do and she really does take care of you and your teeth. Also, the girls in the front are also nice and helpful too. I recommend Bullard Dental to anyone!!

I got my cleaning done with Choua. She was AMAZING!! She also numbed my mouth for the procedure I was going to have done the same day and I was super nervous but she made me feel comfortable and I didn't even feel no pain. Thanks Choua!

Bullard Dental rocks harder to bedrock. I have a lot of special people that work there. But I have a problem remembering names. So she is receptionist, the others are Dentists and my main man Auggie. Plus they are Covid safe!
