Dr. Bullard is a graduate of Durant High School. He earned his bachelors in biology/chemistry from Southeastern Oklahoma State University before graduating with his DDS from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. Dr. Bullard has practiced in Durant since graduation. He has been in solo practice at 2929 W. University since 2013. He, along with his wife Bethany and their two children Garrett and Sloan, are very excited to continue their journey in our community serving you and your family with your dental needs at his new location, 5008 W. University Blvd, coming Spring 2018.
Hi! My name is Mackenzie Hall. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist for Dr. Blake Bullard. I graduated from Amarillo College in 2014. I am originally from Burleson, TX and moved here with my husband in June 2015. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends and reading mystery novels. As a hygienist, my goal is to make the dental experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Hope to meet you soon!
Hi, my name is Jana Haddock. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist for Bullard Dental. I grew up in Durant and am a graduate of Durant High School. I also attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University where I obtained a degree in Biology in 2005. After several years, I decided to further my education and attended Concorde Career College in Dallas where I received my degree in Dental Hygiene in 2016. I have one daughter named Jada, who is the light of my life. In my spare time, I enjoy working out and spending time with my daughter. The staff was for the most part friendly and helpful. But they will not allow a parent to go back with their small child which alone is bothersome and suspect. Then when the dentist is not able to calm their fears and your child won't open and allow them to do the work. They brought my daughter out and said I would have to take her someplace else. A parent can calm a child in a way a stranger and dentist will never be able to, I am grossly disappointed in this company.

I had my braces done by him. Bullard explained everything to me, other dentist didnt explain the issue with my bite like he did. His staff always worked with me and have always been so kind. Im extremely grateful for their kindness and patience.
