I have been a loyal customer since kid started growing teeth. Williams has been doing me and my kid . Every 6 months cleanings are good and professional. In 2007 I had the gap in front teeth filled by dentist now retired and they are still doing great. Now the fillings done by Williams keep falling out . I inquired as to why this is happening after she said she couldn't drill them anymore and she said it was because I grind my teeth. I do and for the past 5 years I have used a bite guard . So my next stop was for a second opinion. Records were sent and I was treated effectively. Then my daughter for about the last year or so has been having trouble with pain. She is now on her own and trying to adult and is getting the run around from Bulls office. My second opinion dentist agreed with Williams diagnosis that now the root is suffocated. I thought we went to dentists to prevent these things. A few days ago daughter got a letter saying they are not going to see her because I criticized Williams work. Because of fillings falling out( warranty covered)she now needs a root canal. Apparently every new fill needs a deeper drill. I don't know what it is... technique or product failure but they will never call you back so you can't figure it out. I only spoke to new dentist about my issues. Now I am saying their fillings are faulty.

This is the only dentist I know. Ever since I was a kid I've had my work down by Jr. Best dentist in the world in my opinion. I advice anyone and everyone who wants a lifetime of great honest caring professional work to come here. I have no complaints. I've been going here for years.

I liked this place at 1st the dentist I was seeing was great and really fast I paid $100 for laughing gas I thought my appt went well so I go again for another issue she numbs me up again great job then today my filling fell out on Friday I need to see the dentist I told veronica or Victoria she says dr William's doesn't have any spots available for today I said what about tomorrow tomorrow either mind you that we set up a treatment plan I was going to see her when I needed to she says you would really be better off at canyon lands she doesn't feel like she do anything more for you so i said basically she doesn't want to see me anymore she said no she doesn't I said what's the problem. Then I'm told from a patient they were talking about me in front of other patients. The patient she was talking in front of was my friend .I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Dr. William's is very unprofessional and very rude I never got an answer on why she wasn't seeing me any longer. But the entire office did apparently I was rude I wasn't rude I was tired I was up all night in extreme agony I was exsausted. If she got her feels hurt over someone up in agony all night and waiting all day for an appt that's not my problem. Your in the wrong business honey I've seen things like this before and she will post I'm sure underneath mine

Very friendly people. I had never had an extraction done without general anesthesia before. I was in excruciating pain and horrified of the procedure but Dr Bull Sr was very kind and reassuring to me and the other patients coming through. I was out the door in a half an hour. Now I'm feeling much better and will be more comfortable getting dental care in the future because of my positive experience at this office.

Staff is very pleasant but absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate as far as medicine and medical care goes. Physician requested parent call to remind staff, scripts not called in three different times (even though they were *reminded*) , very nonchalant in their short comings and failures. Disappointing that this is all that's available to some people; will definitely be going somewhere else in the future.

All the dentists that work here are excellent at their job! I especially trust them with my son, they are very good at pediatric dentistry. Also the staff is great too

Where to start...well it's been 12 year's since I saw a dentist back in Nebraska, needless to say I had a very bad experience. The dentist didn't seem to know what the heck he was doing so I was hesitant to see dentist bull. My first initial thought was here we go again. We'll I meet the young doctor bull and he seemed really nice and he referred me to his dad. I wasn't sure if I was going to go but I did and meet bull sr. I would like to say he seemed great and wasn't forceful when he did my dental work. He is very professional and talked me through it all and I appreciate a good dentist like dentist bull. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist because he makes you feel like it's going to be ok and you are in good hands and his staff is awesome sweet lovely ladies, I know that has nothing to do with anything but they are all friendly and very personable staff and dentist's. Thank you and I will be back for more dentist work because I feel so comfortable with them. Thanks again and keep on keeping awesome

Joe my be good but there is a young girl working for him that did a simple preventive filling for my son Then he went in the field for 7 days in Nevada The tooth filling (simple proceeder)was not completed correctly He was in extreme pain and had to be taken to Vegas find a emergency dentist $380 cash out of pocket and was told not to fly I drove to Vegas to get him out of my pocket $ 250 in fuel $ 500 plane ticket $ 100 hotel The lady dentist said without looking at him , he needed a root canal The emergency Vegas dentist said after the swelling goes down have them grind the high places After she grounded them he is good About 1 Thosand Dollars our of pocket and refused to help with reimbursement I Wouldn't use them
