My first visit, was told my insurance was accepted. Second visit, they told me they don't take my insurance, which was a lie. The office can specifically choose to deny you as being covered even if they are in network with your insurance. The dentist is professional and good. The service man at front desk is dishonest and will lie to you about insurance. Even though this dentist was in network for me, the office can refuse to accept you as a new patient, leaving you with a full bill. Do not make the same mistake as I did and pay 500 for a cleaning that should've been 50 dollars. I was planning on getting all of my dental work done here. I would have even paid out of pocket expenses just because I liked the dentist and want to support businesses that my dear friend recommended me to. The dishonesty I experienced here about insurance coverage , I will not use or recommend again.

I had to have 2 back molars removed. I didn't get numb all the way and told the dentist and he made sure I was number before he started. The staff is so nice there. I would recommend this practice 10/10

My family dentist retired after 25 years and i found Dr Pyon almost by accident. The office vibe is very calm and soothing. Dental care is excellent! I plan to be a patient here for another 25 years.

I'm new to this area, have always been regular with my 6 months check up and cleaning, but this is the first time I've ever experienced a painful gum depth measurement and cleaning by a dentist since they don't have a hygienist. It resulted in sore gums and bleeding where blood clots formed around my gums. I called about my concerns but they said it was considered normal. I do not recommended this practice if you're looking for quality of care. I wasn't informed that I was receiving a periodontal deep cleaning vs regular cleaning, what this type of cleaning meant, or was provided after home care instructions. Wish this mentioned to me.
