I visited this This office in Amherst, New York today oct. 17th my first time there, I have a horrible Phobia of dentists, just getting and X-ray can literally give me anxiety, but the staff and the Dr. We're so wonderful , they all make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I am so glad I chose this practice for my dental work, even after one visit I would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist.

I do not "love" the dentist. With that said, Mary was a pleasure to see when walking into the practice. She was bright, pleasant, and very easy to talk to. I then met Caroline, one of the hygienists, who gave me the most thorough and detailed cleaning. She, too, was very happy, positive, and easy to talk to. I then met Dr. Jammal, who was confident, friendly, and easy going. The entire visit was 5-star! I'm excited to continue my care with Buffalo General Dentistry.

My dentist recently retired and we are in search of a new place to go. We have found a new place for sure. Starting with the front desk staff are absolutely amazing. They are all very friendly and professional. The dental hygienist are extremely knowledgeable about their job as well as friendly. They really help to relax you and get you ready for whatever procedure you're having done. Dr. Jamaal is very up-to-date with his equipment and knowledge of his profession. His bedside manner is incredible very friendly and approachable. I do not think I will ever have to take my family to another dentist again.

Dr. Jammal and his staffs are excellent. They are super friendly and listen to your concerns. I am a difficult patient to treat due to severe gag reflex but they are trying their best to help me. I am going to have tooth extraction soon. I recommend anyone who needs a dental care to Dr. Jammal.

I have to say I was skeptical about coming in to see a new Dentist after having a bad experience at another practice but Dr. Jamal is an outstanding Dentist. This was my first visit at Buffalo General Dentistry they texted to care for me Caroline was wonderful she cleaned my teeth and Polished them she explained everything she was doing as she did it and I was very impressed with everyone there everyone was so friendly and nice I'm looking forward to my next visit Dr Jamal was also great he also came and explained options that I have and everything and it was just a great visit I'm smiling right now LOL

A big thank you to Dr. Jammal, Caroline the Hygienist and Mikayla the chair side assistant, and to the office staff for being so kind and making this a great experience. It's not often you go to the dentist and absolutely nothing is uncomfortable. I came in for a cleaning, and the X-rays showed a tooth decay close to the nerve. I was immediately given an appointment for the next morning to fix that tooth, as I had to go on a trip the next day. Never felt any pain or discomfort during the procedure. Your professional expertise, integrity and compassionate concern for the person on the other end of drill are most appreciated.
