For starters I have always recommended Dr. Barnes. Myself, my husband and our 3 children see him. Back before the summer I let the office staff know that I needed to schedule so that my husband could be there with me to help with the kids. To make a long story short they scheduled me with all of my kids and my kids got done before me and it wasnt time for my husband yet. Naturally, kids being kids, they were all over the place. I was told that next time I should find a babysitter, by one of the front desk staff. I am not the scheduler and I cant help that I was in the chair longer than my kids. Next I was told my 4 yr old had a few cavities and it was fine to wait to get them filled, when I called to schedule to get them taken care of I was told that they could refer me to a pediatric dentist so I didnt have a wasted trip. What do you mean a wasted trip? Dr Barnes never mentioned any of this to me. I just assumed that id be able to get everything handled there, not be notified by the staff that they would be referring me out. So confused I called and left a message with them to please have Dr. Barnes contact me regarding all of this. He never called. When I called back to ask why, I was told "sorry he doesnt really call people back" By the time I was able to get into our new awesome pediatric dentist (Pediatric Dentistry of Oklahoma), my poor son needed a tooth pulled, a spacer put in, 2 more fillings and put under anesthesia. When a child needs dental work, the least you can do is explain that you want to refer out and dont have your office staff do it for you after the fact weeks later. My son could have been referred a long time ago in order for me to get on a schedule with someone else instead of delaying the process even more.

There were very informative, and made me feel comfortable and the nicest Dr and staff in a dental office I've ever been too! Definitely have already recommended them to serval people!

Went in with tooth pain. Got me set up on a treatment plan. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend to all my family to go here.

Extremely short wait time. Staff were so polite and made me feel like they have known me for a long time (this was my 1st visit). Dentist was funny and very nice. They gave me a plan to address my issue with costs. Scheduled the next 2 visits to get the process started. So glad I decided to try them out. Thank you for making me feel at ease.

This office has been wonderful. Everyone I have been in contact with is very nice. They don't look down there noses at you for falling behind on tooth care, way behind . I will continue to use them as long as they'll have me.

I had a lot of work that need to be done and was extremely nervous about the whole process, but was taken care of by these guys really well. Gentle and quick! A great experience overall would definitely recommend
