Dr. Buedel fell in love with dentistry at a young age while observing her father, Dr. Steven Buedel, work in his general dentistry practice on the east side of Evansville. Her interest in orthodontics began after her first visit to the orthodontist, where she was inspired by the positive and encouraging environment that her orthodontist provided for patients.
After graduating from William Henry Harrison High School in Evansville, Indiana, Dr. Buedel completed her undergraduate education at Butler University. She obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she graduated with high distinction, research honors and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Buedel completed a two-year residency in Orthodontics and Oral Facial Genetics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Buedel is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and is honored to provide orthodontic care to patients in her hometown. She loves seeing the changes that orthodontics can make in the lives of her patients.
