Excellent experience. The office is well run, there wasn't a lot of waiting time. The hygienist was pleasant, talented with a light touch. The dentist was pleasant, informative, and a good listener.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The most painful dental cleaning I have ever had. Not to mention that after scheduling my appointment, the clinic had no record of it twice! Best of all, I was told that I don't qualify for an after cleaning bag with a little toothpaste and brush. Not that that I asked for one but the dentist stated - not for this one - Never going back

Had a terrible experience here this time. After waiting several months for an appointment and providing my insurance for the services, I was told (at the appointment) that the insurance was no longer accepted. I had waited the several months for the appointment because I really liked this office. I had x-rays done, and multiple x-rays had to be done multiple times, after which I had the longest and most painful cleaning of my life. Shortly after the dentist came in, and the hygienist chatted back and forth about issues I was having with the teeth using initials and codes, but never actually spoke to me about what was going on. Not going back.

Please stay away. When our insurance changed we sent our 19-year-old daughter to Bucks Dental Associates for a cleaning. Previously she had perfect teeth with no cavities. After she left Bucks Dental they informed her that she had 10 cavities!!! Of course, this was alarming and we followed up, and were also informed that she suddenly had 10 cavities. Hmmm...so we took her to 2 new dentists and to 2 orthodontists for opinions. ZERO cavities were found. After a bit of research, we've come to learn that this office in Chalfont is what they call a "dental mill" and they work for commissions and volume. Needless to say, we never returned. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is consistently friendly, accommodating and informative. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice over any I've ever been to before.

Dr. Kiran Satashia did an excellent, professional piece of restorative work on a tooth a previous dentist failed to accomplish. Their hygienists are very effective in cleaning teeth with careful techniques and with explanations for continuing dental hygiene. The office staff know how to smile and work listen carefully to patient's requests. Bruce Lenich

Very satisfied. Office staff is super friendly and accommodating . Professional staff are knowledgeable, practice good infection control, and answer all questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed.
