In an effort to accommodate your busy schedules, our office hours vary daily and include early morning and evening hours. We are dedicated to providing you with the best care available and believe in personal customer service. To ensure you can always reach us and speak to someone directly, we have a 24 hour answering service. While we are committed to handling dental emergencies immediately, we request that our patients call as early in the day as possible. Reflecting Dr. Spadaforas commitment to his patients, you will also receive his mobile number on your first visit.

Michael A Spadafora, DDS has been in private practice in Richboro, Bucks County, since 1984, serving the families of Northampton Township and the greater Philadelphia area. As a general dentist, he has been providing comprehensive restorative and cosmetic care for over 3 decades to patients of all ages.
Dr. Michael A Spadafora is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Dentistry, with an undergraduate and masters degree in Clinical Chemistry from the University of Dayton. A graduate of the prestigious LD Pankey Institute, Dr. Michael A has an intense commitment to continuing education and spends many hours each year honing his skills and staying abreast of the most current developments in the field of dentistry.
Dr. Michael A and his wife Susan reside in Richboro, Bucks County, and are the parents of 3 grown children and 7 absolutely perfect grandchildren. When not in the office or attending continuing education programs, you will probably find Dr. Michael A on the golf course, or, more likely, playing with his grandchildren.
Michael T Spadafora, DMD, joined Bucks county Dental Design in the summer of 2014 as a part-time associate. Dr. Spadafora, a graduate of Archbishop Wood High School and Gettysburg College, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2012. In 2019 Dr. Michael T. happily became a full time dentist with BCDD.
Dr. Michael T loves practicing dentistry with his father and mentor. Like his father, Dr. Michaels core beliefs include a strong emphasis on life time professional learning. In addition to online and local course offerings, some recent continuing education highlights have been Dr. Michael Ts completion of the surgical program at the renowned Misch Implant Institute, the national leader in dental implant training for general dentists. Dr. Michael T also currently enjoys his involvement with the Frank Spear Education program in Arizona, a leading continuing education institute dedicated to the pursuit of clinical excellence in dentistry by attending meetings at the headquarters in Arizona and monthly meetings of a local Spear study club.
When not in the office or attending continuing education programs, you will probably find Dr. Michael T spending time with his family at his home in Holland, PA. He and his wife Krista are busy with two young daughters and two rescue dogs.

The BCDD team combines over 65 years of experience. Krystal and Brittany are Dental Hygienists, and Tammy, Cheryl, and Jennifer assist in the treatment rooms. Phyllis is supported by Tina and Desiree who are the first people to greet you when you come in the door. Our team members pride themselves on working closely with each other to make your dental experience a good one.
A wonderful team has been put into place to support the doctors who combine technical ability and knowledge of dentistry with a warm and caring approach. Each team member strives to make your dental experience pleasant and satisfying.
Phyllis Casey, our Practice Administrator, has been with the practice since the day the office opened. She is always available to all of our patients to discuss any issues, concerns, and dental needs. Together with the doctors, Phyllis is committed to helping you keep your teeth and gums for a lifetime of good health.

My family started going to Dr Mike over 30 years ago. I since moved out of the area and continue to travel for my dental needs. Everyone is professional and caring and Dr Mike offers options and educates you so you make the best decision about your oral health. I actually look forward to my semi-annual visits! Their dental hygienists are top notch and thorough but with a light touch. Dr Mike Jr is very friendly and knowledgeable. He brings updated procedures and techniques to the practice. I would never go to another dentist!

If you are looking for a wonderful dental office, your search is over. I have been going to Bucks County Dental Design for a few years now and I wish I had found them sooner. I recently needed a crown lengthening procedure and I was nervous. Dr. Spadafora, Jr., and his assistant, Tammy were so kind and professional. They were very aware of my fears and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and calm. I felt no pain during the procedure and very minimal discomfort when the Novocain wore off. The entire office staff is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. My husband and I moved to Delaware a few months ago and we continue to make the trip back to this office for our dental care. Had to make a dentist appt last minute I called 5 dentists and this was the only One who listened to my concern and were able to fit me into their packed schedule right away. Turns out I had an infection and they helped me quickly and instantly and scheduled me within the next few days. The lady at front desk is amazing and super kind . Same to the dentist & assistant (?) I had seen. Very descriptive as well in explaining my process / procedure. Super grateful for them! Very knowledgeable and caring.

Bucks county dental design is hands down a great practice. I've been going to Dr. Mike for 35 years along with his staff (who have been with him even longer). I take my children there and they never have any fear of it. In fact my daughter loves it so much she wants to be a hygienist !!! If you are looking for a honest, caring, gentle and loving dental practice than look no further !
