We have been a family dental clinic for nearly 20 years, and some of our patients have been with us since the beginning. We promise to treat you with the highest level of respect and transparency during your visit to the dentist. Prior to any treatment plan, we will breakdown all applicable fees and we will inform you of all costs.
We believe that everyone deserves to have a smile they love, regardless of your income. This is why we offer flexible payment options to our patients including CareCredit, Lending Club Payment Solutions and senior citizen discounts. Dental insurance and all major credit cards are also accepted.
Dr. Jaime Osorio is the head dentist at Buckner Family Dental and has been with the practice since 2003. Dr. Osorio graduated fromBaylor College of Dentistry.He is a member of theDallas County Dental Society. Inhisfree time, Dr. Osorio does volunteer work with the Shriners organization to benefit underprivileged children and various local charities.
As a Dallas dentist, my profession gives me the opportunity to help people regain their confidence and ease their fear of the dentist. I try to provide each patient with optimal dental care and the most effective treatment possible. It is fulfilling knowing that Ive helped make my patients happy by improving their health, smile and outlook on life. I am blessed to have the ability to make a difference in their life.

Dr. Osorio did extensive bridge work in my mouth for which I do not seem to have adequate words to express my gratitude. WHAT AN AWESOME JOB! I could not be more satisfied. From childhood through adult life, my teeth had been horrible, but now as a senior citizen, I love the way my teeth look and feel. Staff and Tech that work in Buckner Family Dental are some of the best. Thanks to you all and especially to you Dr. Osorio for the work you did. - Mike C

Excellent dental service! My 70 year old father had a wonderful experience at Buckner Dental and attributed it to the polite, patient, and professional staff. He is so grateful, and he plans on returning. Thank you!

I love the patients of the the staff. the RDA that helped me the whole time was out standing she didn't stop till I was happy. Dr. I saw that I wasn't happy at one point and he said let's do it all over. Thank you all at Buckner family dental. We all worked as a unit

*** Do Not Go To This Dental Office*** If you care about good service I would advise anyone NOT to go to this Dental Office. The ladies they have working at the front desk are so Unprofessional, No Customer Service Skills at all and just plain IGNORANT AND LACK TRAINING. ALL I CAN THINK OF IS MAYBE THEY GOT THE JOB BY BEING RELATED TO OR BLOWING THE DENTIST HELL I DONT BUT ITS SAD. Because there is know way these women would have a job anywhere else with their horrible attitudes and inexperience. It's a shame, and it really makes the Dentist look really bad. I would advise everyone to please look up the Dental Office with the Dental Board when looking for dental care so that you do not regret that you went there. I hope the Dentist reads this review and understands this is why he will be losing myself and my family as patients. I have a lot of siblings that go to this Dental Office and now we are all leaving because the service is really really bad. No way will I ever refer anyone to to this Dental Office. I'm just voicing my concern to the public so no one else has to go through what I have gone through with this office. I hope this review helps someone . God Bless.

I love Buckner Family Dental. Dr. Osorio and his staff are awesome. They are friendly and very helpful. I've had nothing but good experiences with Buckner Family Dental and will continue to have all of my dental work there in the future.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE treatment, and horrible front desk ladies. RUDE, and horrible attitude. They were supposed to send in my antibiotics and pain medicine so I called my pharmacy and they said they didn't receive anything yet; (almost 2 hours after my appointment) so I called to inform them they didn't get the medicine script and the lady Maria instantly had the worst attitude and got loud with me on the phone and sounded annoyed by my one question I had. Also when the doctor came in he was in there for 5 seconds and was already telling me I needed a bridge and then walked out and didn't see him again and then the lady doing my x-rays was so rough, she kept hitting my hurt teeth and didn't care... REMIND YOU this was my FIRST EVER VISIT with him. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Terrible receptionist. Customer service is a must. I called and asked to make an appointment . Receptionist: What do you want? I declined to schedule. The infomercial is totally different from the customer service skills of the person answering and scheduling appointments.

Been going to this dentist since I was a child. I did not realize how poor all the work I had gotten done over the years (3 root canals) until I got into the military (US Air Force) and my dental work was examined(Doctor told me he has never seen such poor work before). Currently in the process of getting every single one redone, not to mention the fact that one root canal was so poorly done that it pierced through my sinus membrane as well as live tissue still in the tooth, which has caused me sinus issues ever since and I never knew why... until now.

I have been going here for years, and I came with my own teeth issues. Dr Osario cares about his patients. He listens, makes you comfortable, fixes your problems, and resolves any complications. His staff is efficient and friendly. I don't go anywhere else!!!

Double root canal summer 2019, didnt explain that the temp crown material had to come out even though they maxed out benefits. Had to wait 6mo. Then covid , and now no appointed follow up. Both are infected and broken.

I provided my insurance information, and requested a cleaning when I made the appointment. When I walked in it was like I had never called. The front desk attendant was extremely rude I was told my insurance wasn't valid at first, it finally got verified. Most dentist offices do that prior to the appointment. Then I was taken back for x-ray and I was asked why I was there. I answered for cleaning as I said when I made the appointment. Then the rude person from the front desk came back and said we can't get you in for a cleaning today you're gonna have to come back. So I walked out and said not coming back. The dentist was nice but very very rushed. . Not what I expected. I Do not recommend. Really bad energy in there.
