I went in for treatment of resin composite 2-s and 3-s posterior. When I left the dentist got into my truck and looked in my rear-view mirror, upper left lateral incisors was chipped badly. I did not come into the office looking this way so I went back in to inform the dentist she said she did not work on this tooth that I must have done this. Dr. Bucklin treated me as if I was some scam artist trying to pull something over on her which I find insulting and deplorable. Dr. Bucklin would fix the problem she created for an additional cost of $258.00 I feel the way she has conducted herself in this situation is ethically wrong, and deserves to be shared so everyone knows the type of person they are doing business with. I have 16 witnesses which are work colleagues that will confirm they saw me minutes before my appointment and at no time was my tooth chipped.

Dr. Bucklin and her associates are amazing! Started taking my children here a couple years ago and we do not plan on going anywhere else for quite some time. Thank you for everything Dr. Bucklin and keep up the great work!
