It can be challenging to go to the dentist especially if you have not been in a while, but Dr. Buckley did a great job of not only making your feel comfortable but educating you and giving your a dental plan that works for you

*warning* I was a client of Dr. Buckley. Her practice took care of my needs for a long period of time. They were very friendly and caring. During my time with her, she performed two root canals but hired outside the office to do those procedures. She ensured the dentist whom came into her office would be top notch and do awesome work. She performed the finishes after my temporary crown was removed. She did an over lay and the final procedure to placing my crowns. (I had two completed with her over time). Six years later I was sent to the emergency room and almost died because one of the root canals was not performed correctly. I was in the emergency room for 9 hours! I literally had dead tissue rioting in my mouth! Had I wanted 20 minutes later, I would have went into shock and possibly died. 5 years later, the second tooth flared up and had to be extracted as well. My new dentist advised that, that root canal, as well was not performed correctly and again, was reason to have a second extraction. That is TWO teeth that could have been properly done prior. However, were not... In my new dentist words, I was botched and from my experiences I could have had very serious besides my already serious issues. Dr. Buckley is a kind person however, her skills are not up to standard, in my opinion with real dentistry and I wish I could say otherwise. I now am looking at spending close to $30,000 to have two implants completed and that's after already spending around $12,000 for corrective surgery, hospital, bone grafting, etc.... This is my personal experience and I hope that Dr. Buckley and her team have managed to learn and advance their treatments. What I went through with my teeth because of a poor decision choosing to visit Dr. Buckley are insane and again, I wish they weren't. I trusted her and her team and I was botched!

Short story : Stay away from this "dentist" her MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE has caused me to have other permanent changes to my teeth that are irreversible. Long story: I was doing orthodontic care at another place who needed to refer me to a dentist to have crowns and/or veneers. The list of dentists he gave me DID NOT include Dr. Buckley. I searched on my own (foolishly seeking Black Owned establishments) and found that Buckley was only about 5 mins away from my orthodontist. So I asked him about her and why was she not on the list of referrals.. is she any good? he only said to me "she's a good dentist.. I like her work..she's good.." but still didn't refer her. I checked reviews and decided to give it a shot. So I began treatment with her and it has been a nightmare. At a pause in my ortho treatment (3.5 weeks), I was told I could now get my veneers/crowns by my orthodontist. I spoke with Buckley and confirmed this. I had about 1 week before Buckley's work and the other 2.5weeks gave time until my next set of trays. We planned and did the operation. In less than a week after the veneer was placed on my front tooth, I had an excruciating pain coming from it (scale 1-10 was honestly an 11 or greater) I've never felt anything like that in my life. It was a Sunday so I had to contact Buckley via her emergency line / cell phone. She returned my call and gave me a concoction of OTC medicines I could take tot get her that would equate the same pain relief as like a Tylenol 3 prescription pain killer. I followed those instructions and was able to see her Monday. To shorten this story, from that incident, the pain MEVRR fully went away. It's only drop down to about a 2 on the pain scale. And I was adamant and persistent with this issues. I made and met several appointments regarding only this matter and her answer every single time was "I'm not seeing anything abnormal, my X-rays are showing nothing out of the ordinary." It was severalllll months and appointments later of me complaining about the same issue that she got the bright idea to refer me to someone with a 3D scanning machine that's give more info than her little 2d X-ray machine... so I went there - Pinnacle - and was told I needed to perform a root canal because the tooth has died. And "Had I checked on it sooner, I could've avoided this" ... clearly I was LIVID but I quickly understood the reason Buckley kept turning me away this whole time... she realized her error and tried to force me outside of the statue of limitations by law to sue. She purposely ignored this issue for almost 2 years just to try to push me outside of the range to sue. Well, there's plenty loopholes thankfully. ;) Y'all beware, stay AWAY from this "establishment".

5 star service all around. Knowledgeable, kind, informative, thorough and detailed are the words that come to mind when I think of Dr. Buckley and her amazing staff. It's rare to find kindhearted professionals throughout the entire office. Also, this was the best overall cleaning experience I have had in years. They took there time with me and explained everything as they were working through the process. I never felt rushed or insulted in any way. I honestly felt like they were glad to see me and wanted to provide me with the best care possible and make me as comfortable as possible while doing so. Dr. Buckley also gave me great advice on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy for upcoming cleanings and exams. I love coming here. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr. Buckley for a great experience!

Had a procedure performed and was treated with kindness and professional attention was paid to me, I was surprised by how much I was shown. I treated well and as much as anyone likes going to the dentist I was surprised and pleasantly so

Update: Still going strong and great even during Covid-19. I appreciate the safety measures the staff and doctor have in place. ---------------------------------- Original Post Despite my anxiety visiting any dentist, Dr. Buckley's boutique-style practice has been such a relief! Melissa and front desk are very welcoming. During a recent crown process, Dr. Buckley and Gloria were extremely supportive, professional, and humorous when needed. They KNEW I did not want to deal with it and guided me through the hole process. It was 99% uneventful and all that is attributed to their skill and professionalism - the nitrous helped too! The remaining 1% is just the reality of dental work. In all seriousness, Dr. Buckley's practice is great. I can tell she cares about her patients, but also, I can see a supportive team dynamic at play among the staff. If you have an issue, speak up. They'll listen!

Dr. Buckley and her staff are very good. I have bad teeth, and I am there a lot- and with every visit they are professional, and informative about what I have going on. Always a good experience here!

Did not have a good experience here. I think Dr. Buckley is very nice, however her receptionist (Mellissa) will try and up-sell everything even if a problem hasn't been addressed. I will say before getting any work done outside of a cleaning, consider getting a second opinion to make sure what they are suggesting is true/accurate. Not only did they try to fill a cavity for my wife when she never actually had one, we found out today they tried doing the same thing to one of our friends. This place is corrupt and should be under investigation for insurance fraud. Please get a second opinion if you insist on going to them. Let's make it known that they perform work that is not necessary for their patients. Get a second opinion. Do not trust them. They are fraud and should be investigated.
