I can't recommend Midtown Smile Center enough. I'm intensely phobic about the dentist and had very positive experiences with both my cleaning and fillings. I will be going back regularly and recommending them to friends and family.

Dr. Wingfield specializes in evidence-based dentistry with a focus on helping patients achieve balanced oral and systemic health. It is the link between oral bacteria and the negative effects of heart disease, stroke and numerous other medical conditions that drives him to be the best of the best within his industry. Adept in all facets of Comprehensive Dentistry from routine fillings and crowns to full mouth reconstruction, Dr. Wingfield is committed to establishing a stable foundation of health through dentistry and boosting self-confidence through a gorgeous smile.

Inspired to pursue a career in dentistry by his family dentist in his hometown of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Dr. Wingfield attended Western Kentucky University where he graduated Cum Laude, earning a Bachelor of Science. He continued his educational endeavors at the University of Louisville and in 2000 graduated with the title of the Academy of Operative Dentistrys Student of the Year and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Soon after, Dr. Wingfield launched his career with the United States Navy Dental Corps and graduated with top honors from their Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program. During his four years of service, he had the unique opportunity to serve on the forward-deployed Bravo Surgical Company in Operation Iraqi Freedom. It was there that Dr. Wingfield was able to fine-tune his craft under the most extreme situations and had his skills tested when he encountered a young Iraqi boy who had just suffered severe facial injuries during a raid on his neighborhood.

Dr. Wingfield expertly cared for and treated the boy, and in that defining moment, he knew that he had the opportunity to truly and positively impact the quality of life for his patients. Dr. Wingfield received numerous awards including a Navy Commendation Medal and two Navy Achievement Medals.

Just as passionate about education as he is about dentistry, Dr. Wingfield has logged over 1,400 hours of Dental Continuing Education and served as Director of Education for Nanston Dental Group. His dedication to his craft has contributed to the Consumer Research Council of America naming him 'One of America 's Top Dentists' from 2005-2010.

Dr. Wingfield is a consultant for the 3M ESPE Council for Innovative Dentistry, which manufactures and markets more than 2,000 products and services designed to help dental professionals improve their patients oral health care, and lectures extensively on Periodontal Disease for Zila Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Wingfield serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Academy of General Dentistry; is a member of the Hinman Dental Society, Fellow to the Academy of General Dentistry, an active member of North Georgia Dental Society, Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Went in for regular annual cleaning. Was told I needed "deep cleaning" and that I needed to pay over 300$. I had been to another dentist 7 months prior and was never told I needed deep cleaning. I felt they just wanted to "extract" money from me. Walked away w de-brining which I had to pay 120$ because i didn't want to leave with nothing done to my teeth. Went to another dentist yesterday and was told no way in hell do I need a deep cleaning. Waiting to see if they will file claim for regular cleaning. If so, will contact my insurance because I never got my teeth cleaned, flossed or polished.

Bonnie has been my dental hygienist for years. She is always a pleasure to be around, and I am relaxed when she is working on my teeth. She has a calming presence, and her chair side manner is impeccable. She is very consistent, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Bonnie! I enjoy going to the dental office because of her.

Got new fillings which became more painful after a couple of weeks. Went back and apparently fillings weren't done properly. Fillings were removed. Have to go back again to get new fillings. Teeth still hurt. They did NOT hurt wgen I went in for a cleaning and was told I needed some small fillings.Although they are not charging, it is painful and time consuming. Lost my trust in this place.

Outstanding service. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. And Dr. Grayson is personable, competent, knowledgeable and proactive when it comes to the future health of my mouth. Even though I live 25 miles from the office now, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

The office should pay closer attention who is within a patient network. I got assign a doctor out of my network. The office is within my network. Very unorganized. I will not be back! Now I'm stuck with paying the $5k bill!

Buckhead Smile Center has been the home for my dental needs for the past two years, and I will say they have taken great care of me. I've gotten cleanings, consultations and proper billing. I haven't encountered a problem yet and the staff knows me by name (and nails). Thanks BSC!

Always make you wait. Charge you for things you didn't ask for. Twice now they have tried to tell me I owe a balance but when I ask for what, they can't explain what it's for. When you ask questions, they get all rude and impatient which is ironic for how much patience they require. Last time I was hear, waited over an hour for maybe 17mins of actually having my teeth cleaned and still didn't get to see the dentist unless I wanted to wait another 30mins. Beyond unsatisfied and do not recommend to anyone.

I definitely DON'T recommend Dr Nguyen unless you go only for new pt special $59 with x-ray and diagnosis only. They do not care.

7/12/22 This office owes me $37.00 for Insurance overpayment. I tried for over 6 months now to resolve this issue. However, I was told all kind of stories explaining me why I can't get my refund back. Be aware and check your insurance statements. I was also directed to my dental surgeon who did my surgery about 20 years ago, because their x-rays were showing some darkness around my surgical area. I spent $209.00 to see my surgent again just to find out that I have nothing to worry about. The new x-rays they took at the surgeon's office were perfectly fine with no darkness. I lost another $209.00.
