Buckhead Atlanta Dentistry, is a premiercomprehensive dental practice. Conveniently located in Buckhead, we serve patients throughout the metro Atlanta area. Our practice consists of three highly trained, experienced dentists, Carye Riley, DDS, Arthur Bodner, DDS and Jasmine Hanjrah,DDS, who have forty years of combined experience.Our practice also includes a friendly, caring and professional team of dental assistants, dental hygienists and administrative staff. At our office, patient care is our first priority. From our clean and modern office to our friendly and professional staff, we strive to make your visits to the dentist as pleasant as possible. This includes keeping patients comfortable with no pain during dental procedures. Dr. Bodner received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama. He then obtained his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Alabama Dental School in Birmingham in 1967.
After serving two years in the Airforce, Dr. Bodner opened a dental practice in Buckhead in 1969. He is an active member of the community and has been serving patients and families in Buckhead and the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Dr. Bodner is married to Rita, and together they have three children and eight grandchildren. In his free time when he is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys playing golf and traveling. He also spends as much time as possible with the loves of his life, his grandchildren.
Dr. Riley earned a Doctor of Dental Science degree from the University of Tennessee in 2001. After earning her dental degree, she worked in Arkansas with her father and brother for a short amount of time. She then moved to Atlanta and was an associate in a private dental practice in Lawrenceville for seven years.
Dr. Riley is an active member of the Georgia Dental Association as well as the American Dental Association. She was recognized as a 2011 America's Top Dentist and 2011 Cambridge Who's Who. In 2004, she married Jeff, an Atlanta native. Together they have a daughter and a son who are two years apart in age.
Before having kids, Dr. Riley loved to travel and still tries to travel a little when given the opportunity. When she is not busy practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading.
Dr. Hanjrah earned her Honors Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with OKU Honors in 2007.
After completion of her dental degree, she moved to Atlanta and has worked as an associate in both adult and pediatric dental practices. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and tries to combine her skills and compassion to provide the most optimal care for her patients. Dr. Hanjrah has been a member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 2007. She has participated in dental outreach programs with Healthcare International which help provide dental services to underserved populations in Jamaica annually. She hopes to partake in more volunteer experiences in the future.
Dr. Hanjrah was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She married her husband who was raised in Augusta, Georgia and thus made Atlanta her home. They have two young daughters that keep them very busy. Dr. Hanjrah enjoys traveling, reading and loves spending time with her family and friends.

I have been a happy customer here for the past few years. Dr. Jasmine Hanjrah is an exceptional professional as are her assistants. Same with the front desk - shout out to everybody on the team. Also, the doctors they referred me to for root canal and tooth removal were great as well. I can mention Dr. Christopher Yoo who did a rather complex root canal on a tooth that was a problem for some time. So, overall a great team effort and the prices are reasonable too. I have Cigna insurance and am quite happy with them as well.

It was my first time visiting this dentist. Moving form NYC to GA it was hard to find a dentist that fits my schedule seeing that I work Monday to Sat. Every dentist I called doesn't open until 9 or 10 am, so it was hard and I used up all of my vacation for the year. I was happy when I found Buckhead Dentistry and knowing they're open from 7 am. I hopped on board right away granted I had to wait a month and a half for an appt, but it was worth it. Liz the dental hygienist was supper sweet and knowledgeable about what she do. She was so detailed with the X-ray and gentle with cleaning my teeth. Thank you Liz and the Doctor whose name I forgot is the best. She guided me in the right direction to help me to finally make up my mind to get a crown for the root canal I have for over 10 years. Which she said she was surprised it haven't broke, as most people root canal break. Anyways she explained the many reason why I should get a crown so I said yes after many years my dentist back in NYC keep trying to get me to do it. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Schedule is just perfect and staff are amazing.

Excellent clinic. The entire staff were outstanding. I requested appointments for my wife and I on Friday and they were able to accommodate us on Tuesday. The receptionist was great. Fiona, the dental hygienist was very thorough and amazing. Dr. Bodner was very friendly. We made the right decision! Thank you.

Today was my first day, and I felt right at home! Buckhead Atlanta Dentistry has a strong professional presence from onboarding patients to providing the dental service itself. The staff was very welcoming, and the office aesthetics were extremely pleasing. I can tell that service is at the forefront of this practice, which is something I greatly appreciate. Not forgetting to mention, the entire staff exemplified great work in being knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They even took the time to explain certain procedures, suggested practices for healthier teeth and recommended standards to assure a better visit for my next appointment. I literally have nothing else to say, EXCEPT JOB WELL DONE!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. From the staff, to the professionalism, to the atmosphere. And Amy did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth....probably the the best anyone has ever cleaned my teeth. Along with Dr. Hanjrah this was overall a very pleasant visit. I can no longer recommend this dentistry practice and have ceased being a patient. Seven years ago I had an emergency root canal and was referred to Buckhead Atlanta Dentistry as a new patient. They were great then and provided good service. The past few months of 2022 something happened with their billing and adminstration of insurance and I received awful customer service. I was billed and told that a claim wasn't paid by my insurance company. I personally called the insurance company who said that they sent a check to the practice to pay the claim, and it was never cashed. The practice then said that they actually owed me a refund and would mail a check. I still have not received a check for several weeks and am being given endless excuses. The dental staff who actually work your teeth are great. The admin staff is mediocre at best. I leave them as a disgruntled former patient and will denounce them to any potential future patients. Don't bother with them. Only insurance headaches will come forth.

I went to this practice earlier in the year and was pleased. Made an appointment for maintenance for July 10 at 7am. I got a text from the office manager at 9pm the night before cancelling my appointment. She stated she would call me the next day to rebook the appointment. Never heard back from her. I called a week later and the earliest they had available was 2 months away. I texted the office manager and she stated she put me on a call list for an earlier appointment. She stated they contacted me on several occasions for a cancellation but that was not true. Dr. Riley is great but office staff and the office manager does not do what they say they will do. Long story short I booked several months in advance for my July 10th appointment and as of today August 18th I have not been seen. the office manager is now saying they are booking in October and November

Everyone from the front entrance to dentist chair is great, my hygienist is always great and I love her engagement with me as a patient, don't forget on the way out the front office they are as nice as they were when I walked in.

Carly Riley is unbelievable. She was able to save a tooth today that probably would have had to have a root canal had she not been so diligent and precise. Not only is she so professional she is caring and makes you feel like you're dental health is her total focus. She used just the right amount of medicine so I felt no pain and was able to talk and smile comfortably atfer the process.I love the way her staff works with her and she is able to communicate with them without making me feel uncomfortable or apprehensive. I love the way they greet me when I come in and walk me out personally when I leave I trust this office and recommended to anyone.. even seniors like me with sometimes complicated issues. Thank you so much doctor Carly and you're dedicated staff.
