We had a wonderful experience with Dr. McEwan and his staff!!! My son had his wisdom teeth removed yesterday. We had several opinions and felt the most comfortable and at ease with Dr. McEwan. His staff is warm and welcoming and Dr. McEwan took the time to go over the entire procedure and answer all the questions that we had. After the surgery, the Doctor himself called to check on my son later in the day and make sure that he was doing ok and asked if we needed anything. Highly recommend Dr. McEwan and his staff!!! Excellent care and service!!

The only thing I liked about this place is the secretary at the front desk. She is extremely polite and apologetic when need be. However, Dr. McEwan is the worst; most arrogant doctor I've ever met. I had to wait over 1 hour to be sent back for my surgery and then when I finally got back I had to wait another hour to be seen by the doctor. I was very fed up and told him it was very unprofessional to have patients waiting this long. He had the audacity to act arrogant and get mad at me for being upset for the wait time. Ultimately, I would never recommend this place to get your wisdoms teeth removed or any other surgery for that matter.

Got my wisdom teeth out on Monday. Was given one sheet of paper with tips for days after which really offer nothing better than google. No syringe to clean the extraction sites, or anything. Was woken up and ushered out of the office with zero recollection of it. I was still VERY of it. Mouth and lips are still numb 5 days later. I've had multiple outpatient hip surgeries so very aware of the out patient process. Find another place.

If it were possible to give a 0, I would! I feel so bad for the super nice staff to be working for such an unprofessional doctor. My 7 year old daughter was scheduled for a frenectomy. She was not allowed to eat or even drink water before the procedure. We waited for over an hour and a half. Come to find out the doctor was not even there at 1pm and he hadn't been there at all that day. Insanely ridiculous to make anyone wait that long, especially a 7 year old who hasn't had anything to eat or drink!

Had an appointment at 1:30 and was out by 2 with new patient paperwork included which wasn't difficult to fill out, and scheduling my surgery. All of the staff were incredibly nice and personable. It was humbling to have a down to earth knowledgeable doctor, he was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Just had my second surgery here, first paragraph above was from the first. Second surgery they literally got me in same day for surgery, I called that morning and they got me in before 4pm and got it done. Amazing. Pretty much no marks from either surgery, they're ninjas with stitches. very impressed.

My daughter was supposed to have her wisdom teeth taken out but the Dr never showed up. Her appointment had already been cancelled 2 times by the Dr, once because he was on vacation and another because he was "sick" two days before the appointment. Appointment was for 1230 and after sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half I went to see what to hold up was. His staff tells me he's not there and that they cant get a hold of him. Very unprofessional Dr, don't make our mistake, go somewhere else.

Go here if you want to waste your time. I didn't get helped until an hour after my appointment then dude was arrogant when I was helped

Doctor M is extremely unprossional, which is a shame because the rest of the staff were very nice. After waiting for 2 hours for my wife to get her wisdom teeth removed, when she was finally seen she was told that she could not have surgery because she seemed to have a cold. This was absolutely fine, except Dr M felt the need to lecture and belittle her for 5 minutes. His arrogance is ridiculous. We won't be rescheduling with him. Should be an option for 0 stars here, steer clear!

Worst experience of my life. I arrived to my consultation to find out there is 20 minutes of paperwork that needs completed. It's 2018, send paperwork prior or ask your clients to come in early. I then had to wait another 20 minutes to be seen because the surgeon was still in surgery. Once I went back, I was told I needed an x-ray, since what was sent by my dentist was not sufficient enough.. another thing to bill for. I schedule my surgery and arrive on time and still had to wait 20 minutes before going back. Right before surgery he informs that that their is another wisdom tooth that should be removed. WHAT?! During the surgery, they sliced my lip open and I had to get stitches. I literally cried during my surgery as the anesthesia was wearing off. I am now 9 days post-op and still experience pain, can't eat, and have swelling and sensitivity. STAY AWAY.

Got my wisdom teeth removal surgery here in 2016 and i was amazed at how great and smooth the consultation, procedure, and recovery went! The staff members are very nice and the facility itself is comfortable and clean. The surgery went amazingly, and i recovered amazingly, meaning i was able to eat normally only a week after the surgery! Overall i would definitely recommend this place to friends, coworkers, and family.
