Went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. Appointment was at 2pm and he didn't even show up until 4:15. As soon as he got there he seemed very rushed which made me even more nervous. I have super bad anxiety, but they wouldn't let my mom come back with me for the anesthesia part, which resulted in me having a panic attack. I was told I would be asleep for the whole procedure, but it seemed as though the anesthesia only lasted for 5 minutes. I woke up as they were pulling my teeth out with what seemed like their whole bodily force. I kept hitting the end of the armrests with my hands, as my arms were strapped to the chair. My eyes were open and I was in tears at the sound and feeling of my teeth breaking and cracking. I felt one of the assistants trying to hold my hand down as she told me "you're fine". I could also feel the drill against my top lip while he was trying to break my tooth into smaller fragments, which resulted in my lip bleeding and cracking. This lasted for about 15-20 minutes until I eventually blacked out from the trauma I was experiencing. I will never trust another doctor again.

I arrived to my appointment early and waited about an hour and the dentist wasn't even there they didn't know where he was and didn't know how long until he would show up. Read the reviews while I was waiting and was paranoid to let him anywhere near my mouth. What happened to professional ethics!

If you enjoy waiting 2 hours in the waiting room then this is the place for you! Appointment was at 1:00 waited until 3 and the doctor still wasn't there. I left and never went back. If possible find somewhere else to go. I don't know how this place is still open!

The ladies at front desk told me one price then the day I came in blindsided me with another price almost double. Their answering service is absolutely terrible, you have to leave a voicemail and then hope they call you back. I will never go back.

If you enjoy waiting for over 2 hours on a doctor that thinks it's ok to show up to work everyday late then this is the place for you! You will also be rushed through your appointment because there will be at least 4 other patients in the waiting room with the same time appointment as you.

They were super friendly and made you feel comfortable and like family I got my wisdom teeth taken out here and they were so nice and helpful I would definitely recommend!

If I could I would give zero stars. Waiting time is horrible, doctor is not friendly and comes into a room with a mask on even for a consultation talking to you as a first time patient. And he acts like his time is more precious. Do not recommend!

I was referred to Buckeye Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Westerville by my dentist. I must say I am happy they did as I have enjoyed meeting Dr McEwan and his staff. Dr McEwan is an awesome surgeon. I had little to no pain from having a tooth pulled and having an implant at the same tooth. My interaction with this office was over a 8 month period. Dr Jack McEwan and his staff are friendly and caring and I have recommend them to a friend of mine. Yes, sometime like all Doctors' offices you may have a moments of a delay but when you in the chair, you have their full attention. I absolutely recommend their Westerville office for any oral surgery.

Dr McEwan did an excellent job taking out my wisdom teeth. Little to no pain at all afterwards. I was a nervous wreck going in and they had me in the chair laughing before sedation which I appreciated! They were very quick. In and out in 1 hour! I would recommend to everyone!

Had teeth surgically removed here. Staff was friendly, Dr. McEwan did do a consultation with a mask on, which was hard to understand him at times. I will be going back as there is bone sticking out. All in all was a pleasant experience.
