First time there, very pleasant. John Hayes was very nice, took more time with me than any other dentist I've ever been to and didn't seem to shame me for not taking great care of my teeth, as I am pretty embarrassed I've let them go. I will be going back

Dr. Hayes and his staff provide excellent dental care. The dental hygienists do a great job. They are professional, knowledgable. Dr. Hayes takes the time to explain what I need and always makes sure I have exactly what I need. I am most satisfied with the care I received there. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone

Friendly, knowledgeable dental office! I live in another state but continue to see Dr. John when I am in town visiting family. The staff is always friendly and greets me by name. I have really sensitive teeth and the hygienists are always really careful when they clean my teeth. Overall a great dental experience!

We have been going to Buckeye Grove Dental for years and it's always a great experience. They go above and beyond to make the experience easy and special for my 5 year old. She's been going there since she was 3 and loves to go. Yesterday was extra special and shows how much they really care about their patients. My daughter had a check up a few weeks ago and they were out of her favorite toy in the toy chest. She picked something else and we didn't think anymore about it. We came home yesterday to a package from Dr. John. He sent her a few of her favorite toys. Way to make a girl feel special!

We have been going to Buckeye Grove Dental for years and it's always a great experience. They go above and beyond to make the experience easy and special for my 5 year old. She's been going there since she was 3 and loves to go. Yesterday was extra special and shows how much they really care about their patients. Dr John did an amazing job with my son. He performed a procedure not available at the office I work for, so of course I came to him! Very patient and knowledgeable. Very nice office and clean facility. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love this dental office. My family has been coming to the office for over three years. It has been nothing but positive the entire time. Both the dentists (both Dr. Hayes) are amazing (although we usually see John). They take care and time with my children, the office staff are wonderful, we have never had to wait to be seen. It's the perfect dental experience. I highly recommend this location.

Took my 7 year old son in to get his cap put back on and a cavity fixed. Dr. Hayes was very friendly and my son was very comfortable and calm with all of the staff throughout the entire visit. We're highly pleased with the experience. I recommend him for a family dentist!

This dental office no longer offers convenient hours. They stopped offering weekend apts. and are moving to 8-5 hours M-F. When I said we would probably need to switch to a new dentist they said, "ok". They also sent me 4 text message, a voice mail & email reminders. I never even signed up for text messages & it was boarder line harassment. They treat clients in a friendly manner but unfortunately don't really seem to care if we take our families care elsewhere.
