I would give it negative 5 rating if I could. Very nasty words after a question was brought up by my dentist. Mr.Simpson cares most about his charge rather than conditions of the patient. When he said he has communicated with your dentist and insurance, don't trust, just verify yourself. Most importantly, don't go to his clinic.

Had to get a root canal, not great. Getting it done at Buckeye Endodontics, not bad, 10/10. IF I needed another one I would want it done there.

The best experience I've had at any dentist office! I wish Dr Gregory did other dental service other than root canals! Such a great, quick and caring experience!

Buckeye Endodontics did my root canal and I can't imagine having a better experience. The root canal was done on 3/7 and it's now 3/9. I have had no pain at all. The most pain was a feeling of a pinch when they were numbing my tooth. I highly recommend these folks to anyone who needs a root canal.

Great work! I was numbed up well, and didn't feel any pain during the root canal. I have TMJ, and they used something to open the side of my mouth, which ended up working well, and didn't cause my TMJ to flare up during the process.

I was really nervous to have my first root canal done, but it ended up being a breeze. Dr. Simpson is very friendly and maintains a very calm demeanor that puts your fears at ease. He and his team were extremely thorough and explained everything to expect before and after the procedure. The ladies up front were also very nice and overall the whole crew made it a very welcoming experience. Hopefully I never need another root canal, but if I do, Buckeye Endodontics will be the first place I go.

I had an infected tooth and needed a root canal. I don't go to the dentist as much as I should. I never felt judged. The ladies behind the desk, the assistants and Dr Simpson are all very warm, welcoming, and professional. They explain everything to you and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend Buckeye Endodontics to anyone needing a specialist.

I highly recommend Buckeye Endodontics! I went in for a root canal and they made sure I was completely comfortable. I felt no pain during the procedure and it went very quickly.

I would definitely recommend Buckeye Endodontics and Dr. Simpson. I had a root canal done here and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The front desk assistants made the process quick and easy and the dental assistant made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the procedure.. The whole process took about an hour, and I just listed to music the entire time. The local anesthesia made sure I didn't feel anything. Dr. Simpson answered all my questions and they gave me a sheet with after care instructions.

From my first contact with the office I could tell that i found the best place for my root canal. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. The dental assistant made sure I was comfortable and walked me through the procedure. The doctor was through and efficient and the team work they have is impeccable. Definitely would recommend to anyone and I drove and hour for my appointment. Well worth the drive for sure. Thank you.

I was extremely nervous for my first root canal at Buckeye Endodontics, but the process couldn't have gone better. I was in and out in less than an hour and, other than a slight pinch from the anesthetic, didn't feel a thing. They quickly got the information about my procedure back to my regular dentist so I could finish my treatment. Dr. Simpson was very kind and professional. Overall it was a great experience.

I just received a root canal retreatment from here and it was by far the most comfortable root canal procedure I've ever had. They made sure I was comfy and aware before during and after the procedure which was great for easing my usual pre-procedure anxieties. Great place, they are extremely professional and definitely know what they're doing.

Dr. Simpson is fantastic and the entire staff is wonderful. I have extreme anxiety with dental procedures, but they made me feel incredibly comfortable. Their COVID-19 practices are amazing and safe. You wait in your car for a text and each time I was the only patient in the office.

When I say I was nervous about this root canal... I considered cancelling days before. I've never had a root canal, and I've heard how bad they can hurt from my mom that had one 20 years ago. Buckeye Endodontics was just amazing. They assessed my level of anxiousness to determine if I required an anti-anxiety medicine beforehand, which I was so relieved about because I was a nervous wreck. They were extremely thorough in their instructions of how to prepare, and what occurs the day of and post procedure. I always want to know details of everything, so by them doing this ahead of time, it made me feel more relaxed and in the know. I was so nervous about the pain during and after, but the worst part of it all was the shot to numb me, and that wasn't terrible. After that, I was all numbed up and calm. The whole thing took about 25 minutes. The area was barely sore at all, and that lasted about 1 day. And that was it. I am still shocked at how easy and painless this whole process was. I'm guessing technology and medicine has changed a lot, but the doctor there made a huge difference too; I highly recommend him. I hope I never need another root canal - but if I do - this is where I'm going.

I had root canal done here, doctor and nurse are professional. Their communication and instructions are on time and bang on. I would recommend this one as the time taken and communicate time are accurate. The office is small and clean. Doctor Gregory is very good in treatment.
