My family and I have been going to Buck Family Dentistry for over 5 years. Some of the services we have received are: check-ups, pediatric exams and cleanings, pediatric fillings, orthodontics, tongue tie issues, and traumatic injuries to teeth. I have nervously called on many occasions and Dr. Buck and his entire team are sure to calm my fears! Dr. Buck and entire staff are nothing short of amazing along with being very compassionate! I would hands down recommend them to everyone.
Buck Family Dentistry is the friendliest and most comfortable dentist office Ive every visited. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with people who genuinely ask how your family is. Once in a chair, whether its for a routine cleaning or more abrasive work, Dr. Michael Buck makes you feel comfortable and always makes sure you are happy. I had Invisalign put on 6 months ago and it was the easiest process ever and so happy with my results so far!
Dr. Michael Buck is a very knowledgable and highly skilled dentist. He has the most up-to-date dental equipment, is incredibly friendly, and explains procedures and options so that the patient can understand them and make their decision. I recently had a crown replaced and it was all down within two same-day sessions. The fit is perfect! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing dental work.
I only have great things to say about my experiences with Buck Family Dentistry and just when I thought it couldnt get better, I started my Invisalign treatment. Im one of those who thought, Oh I dont need it but I want it! Turns out I needed it! My bite is so much better, the tooth that was out of place and causing pain is in place and not hurting. I have completely stopped clenching my jaw when I sleep, and my smile is exactly how I imagined it should look! All in all, one of the best investments in myself I have ever made!
Dr. Michael Buck grew up in Creston, Iowa. He graduated from The University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2011. After graduating he practiced general dentistry in Appleton, Wisconsin for two years. Michael enjoys all aspects of general dentistry including: Restorative (fillings, crowns and bridges) Endodontics (root canals), Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Implant Dentistry, and Orthodontics (utilizing both traditional braces and Invisalign).

Came in for a routine visit the office staff was amazing. The doctor was very knowledgeable and professional explain all my treatment very well. I would recommend this dental office for all your dental needs.

Didn't even get to see the dentist. Asked if they took medicaid and the secretary completey disreguarded. Shut me down with no sorry, Bye. Didn't even try to help or give me some info on how much it would be. Hope their dentistry is better.

Great experience with what you'd expect to be an unpleasant procedure. Textbook professional treatment but still warm and personable. Really good music playing- upbeat enough for those doing the work and chill enough to make me mellow.

My first visit to Buck Family Dentistry was definitely a positive one. They got me in on time, answered all my questions, were very professional and knowledgeable. I am definitely going back again. One good reason is that they do most of the work right there, not a lot of return visits, I like that!

Tried to make an appointment for my son's 1st dentist appointment, they told me because of my past history they would not take him, I was not aware of a past due balance and when I asked about it so I could get it taken care of they said goodbye and hung up on me!

I am extremely pleased with Buck Dental. Had Amanda for cleaning & Michael for dental check I also like the text reminder, the auto wait so waiting room does not fill up. Really professional !

Greatest dental office in SW Iowa. Been going over 25 years. But...disappointed today when received and had to pay for service not asked for. We will clarify all expected services prior to sitting in the chair next time. Just a glitch but when you are retired without dental insurance you notice these charges.
