The worts dentist in town my wife did a root canal and he never prescribed any pain medicine or anything told her she wont have pain ...and now we are at the er with worst pain she can have and everyone at the er is suprised no medicine or antiobiotics were given this is the second time everytime he does something to teeth he fails at it and makes it worse Worst dentis in bowling green ky

Father was my dentist at childhood The son is to as adult. Caring understanding Mostly community out reach beings they take state medical cards. Most don't. Says a lot.

The reviews are no lie. The receptionist was RUDE. No one wants to go to get dental care and be treated badly as soon as they walk in the door.

Receptionist is a very rude b word , they aren't patient at all . The lady , and I use the term lightly because she doesn't act like one , that answers the phone always acts like she has something better to do , always has an attitude , and never lets you finish what your saying . The drs I've encountered aren't bad , but I refused to finish making an appointment and refused to show up to an appointment because of the receptionist.

I like dr Buchanan, he made a difference for me with my TMJ. now I'm back for update on another problem, although I'm more than an hour away but worth the drive for me. Thank you Dr. Buchanan

Tried to do a root canal on a tooth that already had a root canal. Numed it several times but could not get it num. Then banged on another tooth that had a root canal I have now lost both teeth because of him. Don't worry vengeance is the Lord God is going to take care of this.

The dentist, hygienist, & assistants are all great. I love Dr. Buchanan! The only problem is the old woman up front!!!! She's super rude!!!! Other than that the place is great! If they got rid of that rude old lady at the front desk it be an even better place to get your teeth cleaned!!!!

Sad they "fix" a tooth and it breaks 3 days later then they tell you that you have to wait til your next appointment to get it fixed, 35 days later. They say they'll work you in but because they are working you in they make you sit there for hours upon hours cause you were a work in. Then receptionist wants to get smart and shake her head......Horrible service. Will be looking for another dentist.

It is not recommended, it is a clinic with little hygiene apart, nor do they use masks that work if they make you wait too long and they never do what you ask, they are garbage

The Receptionist is really rude and impatient! I called several times and she was always not happy, sounds like. Finally I decided to cancel the appointment there. I don't want to be their patient!

The best dentist I've ever had. He is very thorough when he explains things, stays up to date with his studies in his discipline, and has great bedside manner. Doesn't jump to the most expensive or invasive method first. Very reasonable, educated, kind, and helpful man. I have a panic disorder, and left his office feeling more hopeful about my TMJ than when I went in. Highly recommend if you have anxiety, or bad past experiences. He deals with it very well! Techs, assistants, and receptionist are really nice as well!

They are so unprofessional! This is the most poorly run office I have ever encountered! And the dentist is the rudest, most unprofessional individual I have ever met! Do not waste your time going to them! This place is a nightmare!
