I have both my children currently in treatment at the Oconomowoc clinic. Before my daughter started I compared pricing with others & Bubon was significantly lower. Also with her (my 1st in treatment I had to get financing. Bubon (even though I had no credit) financed me with out a credit check as long as I had a down payment which is what sold me. We have been with them for 2 1/2 years and there staff is quick, efficient, & knowledgeable! My son just started treatment a few months ago here as well & I received a very nice 2nd child discount, full payment before treatment discount and the same great reasonable cost as I received with my daughter. As a single mom with out Budon's in house financing i would not have been able to get both of them treatment to have beautiful smiles to meet their beautiful personalities! I am excited to see their smiles & confidence once their braces come off. Thank you to Budon & all of their staff for making it possible for me to change my children's future with treatment!

When I went here I got quoted $4,000 my insurance was going to pay $3,000 and I had to pay the rest up front. I was told I was going to only need about 18 trays of Invisalign they even show you what your teeth are going to look like after. Went through all my trays and still looked nothing like it was supposed to. Went in and had to get more. The pandemic hit then they shut down for a while I ended up getting pregnant so I couldn't use them because they were giving me massive headaches. So once I was able to go back they gave me 13 more trays. Then I end up getting a bill in the mail for another $1,000 because I got off my dads insurance because I was over the age limit and they don't accept my insurance now. They don't tell you that your insurance pays throughout the process and not up front like I had to. Now I had to do over 40 trays barely notice a difference and still have a terrible overbite. Finishing up the process at the Bubon in Franklin and told them how unsatisfied I am and they do not care. They said I have to pay another $600 for more trays

Bubon has been our ortho of choice for years! I highly recommend. They have a variety of convenient locations. The offices are clean and up to date. Most importantly, the staff and doctors are always 100% pleasant, kind and gentle with my children. When we had some complications with my daughter's appliance, they were able to get us in quickly and also have a quick solution. They understand the social emotional needs of children as well. I have one more child that will need braces too, she will definitely be coming to Bubon!

We started working with Bubon 5 years ago for my son's stage 1 with expanders when he was 10 years old. All 3 of my kids are clients and scheduling has always been a breeze at Bubon. We shopped all the local orthodontic prior-to picking Bubon. We choice them because of convenience knowing that with 3 kids in braces we would have a lot of appointments and the staff is friendly and always accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend signing up for the Vivara package when you can at the beginning it's well worth it. My kids orthodontic needs varied extreme crowding, teeth to teeth not coming in to just a fine tuning. Completely happy

There are many things I love about Bubon Orthodontics but something that stands out to me is their customer service and friendly staff! I have a kiddo that has HUGE fears about dentists/orthodontists and they have been so extremely patient, kind and understanding with him. After one particular difficult appointment for him they sent him a card in the mail with a gift card to culvers for being so brave and overcoming his fears. I cannot tell you how much that meant to him!

We have 3 kids who had braces with Bubon in Oconomowoc. They have always been on time, quick and friendly. During Covid one of the kids had an emergency and an employee helped us out even though the clinic was closed. I highly recommend Bubon.

Love Bubon! After consultations with multiple doctors we settled on Bubon. My second child is about to get started just as my first is finishing up and we are thrilled with the results. Everyone is kind, patient, and caring. They have explained everything to us very clearly every step of the way. They even got us in to fix a bracket issue when the office was technically closed. Highly recommend!

My son had a pleasurable experience with his braces. He was worried about getting them but the staff made it less daunting for him! He never dreaded going in for appointments. The staff is super friendly and professional! Also, the package cost of his expander and braces was far less than I had anticipated.

They completely messed my teeth up after braces, not even 100% straight and overall look terrible. My dentist also said this would be the last place to go when getting braces!
