We were very impressed with our first visit to Bubon Orthodontics in Franklin. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the receptionist, to the consultant, to the orthodontist. They all took their time to explain their process. Best of all, they are trustworthy and did not try to upsell us to something that was not yet needed.

My daughter has been a patient here since 3rd grade. (Currenty in 9th) She had an expander, phase 1 braces and now phase 2. The care at Bubon has always been exceptional; from the front desk, ortho assistants and doctor. The office is warm and welcoming. We can't wait to see the end results! I have no hesitation referring family and friends to Bubon

Appointments are always on time and as expected. They're always good about letting my daughter know what they're doing with her retainers and braces. All staff and orthodontists are friendly.

Being a parent of an Autistic child I wanted a second opinion on my son getting a spacer for his mouth. They let me know that they offered retainers for a spacer to go into my sons mouth. Which was great because the other dentist never even told me about other options. I'm so glad I kept searching for different options to help my son. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Upon on our arrival we waited in the car until appointment time. They called us and then my son and I proceeded into the building. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. They took our temperature upon us entering the building. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family... would highly recommend to anyone!!! *(Pictures were taken before quarantine)
