Patient education is something we strive to provide at bty DENTAL. Our goal is to supply you with the knowledge not only of the treatment you are receiving but the importance of that treatment to your overall oral care and health.
It is easy to be told something by a medical professional, but often more difficult to understand it. We want you to walk out of our practice with new knowledge that will help benefit you in the future.
The results of an American Dental Association survey show that a persons smile is a more crucial physical feature than their eyes, hair, and body. What does this mean? It means that you should have a better relationship with your local dentist.
In some places, proper dental care is only provided for a few days, once a year, and if you dont make it in those few days, you have to wait until the next year. We want to eliminate that problem by having one free dental clinic for every 50 that bty DENTAL opens.
This practice would be the site where a dental mission trip would typically take place; however, we would occupy it year-round. The 50 clinics would rotate each staff member, who would spend roughly one week in the free practice.

We came in late, couldn't reach them via phone. But was attended to. I'm still shocked they can do all those big treatments all in an hour or so. They were really patient and kind. They stayed an hour later than closing time. It was a nice experience. Assisted by- Si and Alex

Coming back to this review after a few years with the benefit of hindsight. The filling i received here was poorly set with the cement compound seeping out causing bone loss and receding gum line. After numerous additional opinions it's clear the work i received here was of por quality and has resulted in more damage than anything. At the time the work was done, i had to receive 5 x-rays as the person placing the filing couldn't tell how it was going so he would make an adjustment and take an x-ray, make an adjustment and take an xray and after all that, he still got it wrong.

They gave me a hard time with me wanting them to just pull my tooth! An that was Friday here I am Monday still swollen, an in pain since they never called in my antibiotics!!! I wish they cared half as much about their patients as they do with trying too make more $!!!

BTY Dental and their staff and down rust were very thorough and professional. They handled all of my dental needs and did it with no pain. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Dr. Cho did a great job.

My first time being here I showed up with my 3 children. The Dr and staff were extremely patient with all of us and went above and beyond to make sure we all were comfortable. The DA was super sweet to the kids and tried distracting them to the best of their ability. I was blown away by the patience they had and how quick and efficiently they worked. Fast forward a couple days later and I go in by myself for my next appointment. This one seemed to take longer than it should've but STILL amazing staff. I absolutely loved the dr with how caring he is for his patients and dental assistants. He made sure I understood everything he was doing and everything he saw in the X-rays. Absolutely phenomenal. I'm not disappointed and would recommend this place to anyone.
