Patient education is something we strive to provide at bty DENTAL. Our goal is to supply you with the knowledge not only of the treatment you are receiving but the importance of that treatment to your overall oral care and health.
It is easy to be told something by a medical professional, but often more difficult to understand it. We want you to walk out of our practice with new knowledge that will help benefit you in the future.
The results of an American Dental Association survey show that a persons smile is a more crucial physical feature than their eyes, hair, and body. What does this mean? It means that you should have a better relationship with your local dentist.
In some places, proper dental care is only provided for a few days, once a year, and if you dont make it in those few days, you have to wait until the next year. We want to eliminate that problem by having one free dental clinic for every 50 that bty DENTAL opens.
This practice would be the site where a dental mission trip would typically take place; however, we would occupy it year-round. The 50 clinics would rotate each staff member, who would spend roughly one week in the free practice.

My teeth were checked, they said they needed to give me a filling, so be it. There was no problem or pain. Now that they "fixed" my tooth, there is constant pain upon eating. They can't even get the bite correct.

If you have insurance and means to go elsewhere do. They were running something like 40 minutes behind when I tried to get a basic cleaning here. They clearly have no respect for their patients.

Okay so I really really hate dentist but this place was amazing. They were understanding of my fear. They checked to make sure I was not in pain. They were patient with me and my spouse for all our questions. Will be going back again.

Dr. Song and Brandon are the best dentist and I encourage you to go to bty for any dental care. They're so gentle and very experienced with what they have to offer. It was an amazing experience tho, it was my first time visiting this Dental, and I never regret going there. They're so friendly, patient and caring. They even offer so many options in order to help their clients. And for that I would like to thank Doc Lee, brother George, sis Subin and April for your service. I don't usually write reviews unless it was worth talking about. I went to the office in Tikahtnu. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the Doctor and staff were. They really did exceed my expectations. I usually have a hard time going to the dentist, but the doctor explained everything step by step, which made it easier for me. They were empathetic and tried their hardest to make me feel comfortable, especially since I was in so much pain. Thank you so much to the Doctor and staff that helped me today..
