Fast and careless work. Really rushed service. Took out all 4 of her wisdom teeth in less than 40 minutes including the numbing process. We cared for the tooth sockets extremely well but they were severely infected in less than 48 hours. Will never go here again and would never recommend to a friend. Update: The infection is still very bad after 3 days on antibiotics. This is a review for my fiance so my name won't show up in your records. We would very much appreciate a manager contacting us. I'll get a number your way via email.

Came here in June, now in January they "dont have records of being here in June". Dentist was nice but the receptionist was annoying because she just kept repeating that they didnt have records, and even insisted that we must have been somewhere else in June. The tech prepared utensils without gloves on.

Friendly atmosphere and staff made me feel welcome. Treatment rooms could be cozier. Dr. Han was pleasant and I will definitely go back there for my next exam.

Great place to get a tooth extracted. Thank you Chelsea Der and Alize, I'm taking my rating from 5 stars down to 3 because these guys are too afraid to give pain medicine to people in pain. Tylenol and motrin is not gonna cut it guys. What they think I'm not in pain that I'm just seeking drugs. Will now I have to go to the street to get drugs because I'm in pain thanks for nothing guys.

Clean friendly dentist office that is easy to schedule an appointment with. Alize at the front desk was friendly and helpful in answering questions. Dr. J Lee and Rachel were friendly, thorough, and efficient, which is so important for cavity work! To top it off they all seemed to thoroughly enjoy their jobs. I am definitely going back.

Warm greets from the staff and very welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Han and Arnold was very friendly and took good care of my child and me. I highly recommend them and will refer them to families and friends.

My aunt was seen @ Northernlights location. Staff was nice especially Muhammad at front desk was very helpful! Thank you so much highly recommend them.

Thank you Northern Lights BTY! Dr. Zli, Clinic Assistant Trisha, and Muhammad at the front desk were all super friendly and accommodating! The cleaning was done efficiently and carefully paying special attention to my sensitive spots. Everything was explained to me thoroughly so I could understand what is going on with my teeth and even my insurance coverage for future treatment plans. I look forward to my next cleaning!

Came in for an exam to see whether or not I could get my wisdom teeth pulled. Expected to get a 5 min exam and scheduled for the pull in a couple weeks. Did it then and there. Staff friendly, and staff member Darlene came in the clutch and managed to get all four billed to just $500 out of pocket. Only complaint is the painkillers proscribed didn't work.

Dr Iris was VERY informative and professional ! Staff Rachel and Alize also made the experience stress free and very friendly !!! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing dental work/care/treatment !
