Zero stars!!!! By far the worst service I have ever received. My 5 year old son had to get 3 teeth extracted and not only did he refuse to put him to sleep he was not comforting at all. Dr. Bryant is very rude and should not work with young children. After having my 5 year old wait for almost 2 hours he was rough giving him the numbing shot and then made him wait again. I was highly upset and will never come back to this practice again.

None Dr Bryant for 20 plus years. Implants completed in 2018 failed and required removal. First failed in 1st year second in 4 years. Left to start over with a simple sorry. Very disapointed..

everyone here was so kind and understanding towards me. i was seen very quickly and had two tooth extractions done within minutes. from previous experiences i thought this would take hours, and was delighted to find it was over so fast.

Dr. Bryant and his staff are exceptional!!! From the 1st phone call, to walking into our appointment, to his assistant his entire staff was amazing. I knew my son was going to be a lot...he needed sedation. Dr. Bryant was so great at getting him sedated and able to work with such speed and precision! I have searched several oral surgeons in the area and was referred to Dr. Bryant and would highly recommend! Hands down best experience ever!!!

Greeted by a friendly staff. After X-rays and other preparations I was seated. The Dr came in, introduced himself and after a few minutes of small talk, I felt totally relaxed. I thought he was examining my mouth when my daughter came in and said, it's finished, ready to go. Tooth extracted; My visit was totally painless. I highly recommend their services!

I have been seeing Dr. Bryant for over 25 years and his work is great but it is his staff I can no longer tolerate. The following examples...1. Received a letter on 8/23/21 dated with the last transaction of 8/19/21 stating that I must not be aware that my bill was past due. The letter was also dated 8/19/21. How could my bill be past due when it had only been 4 days..over the weekend! A statement had not even been mailed to me. I asked why are you sending a letter instead of a bill. It was because I sent a letter to them on billing errors and this was a way of retaliation. 2. Called to speak to a certain staff member about incorrect informationgiven to me. I was put on a brief hold. The person came back and said that person was out for the week. I asked to speak to someone else. Well the person that was supposedly out for a week picked up my line thinking I was another customer...wow! 3. Called about a prescription refill. I was told they had called my pharmacy several times. The pharmacy said they never called. 4. Was waiting on the office to call me with information . Called back several days later to inquire on my information. Was told they left a message on my answering machine. I said you couldn't have because it is blocked for leaving messages. I could go on, but this is enough! I AM DONE! I try to support my own but.....

I had 5 teeth removed on Monday and let me tell you it happened so fast I can't believe she was done !! I think her name was Dr.Roberson I loved her and the assistant I definitely would recommend not to forget the staff that works front desk is awesome as well . Thank you guys again

Good evening, My grandchild 27 yrs. old had multiple tooth extractions on 4/6/2021. The staff and Dr. Bryant were pleasant and kind I would visit again if needed.

After getting my wisdom teeth removed last Tuesday... The surgery went well but everything after was a hot mess. 1) The pain medication wasn't even called in & I had to wait hours. 2) I have yet to receive one follow up call, nor was I instructed to make a follow up appointment. 3) Unfortunately, I got sick two days after the surgery & I called the office to see if that was normal.. told the receptionist my symptoms ( sinus). And was told my nose wasn't my sinus and put on hold, then hung up on. 4) Before leaving my Mother was given cleaning instructions.. nowhere in those instructions does it talk about cleaning of the socket..

Went here today to get a tooth extracted the staff was beyond friendly place was very clean and sanitized I was in and out in less then 30 mins thank you for making me feel Comfortable during my visit.
