Front desk person who oversees payment, not who checks people in. She has been consistently rude when I say I do not want X-rays. She visibly rolls her eyes, acting personally affronted and irritated that I am choosing to forego one aspect of my dental care. Everyone else in office is professional and service is great. Normally wouldn't say anything but this has happened last two appointments.

I have seen Dr. Wall for years and have referred many friends and family members. He and his staff give excellent care and take the time to answer my questions. I never leave without knowing everything that is going on. They have even gone so far as to call to check the next day to make sure everything was ok following a procedure.

I've been coming to Dr Wall for at least 10 years now. Great staff and attentive dentist. I've had extreme dentophobia since childhood and it's been very mild since coming here. I definitely recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Wall. My family and I have been coming here for years. The hygentists are all wonderful and the front desk are the nicest people you will ever meet.

I have seen many dentists over the years, but Dr. Wall beats them all. I have confidence he will do what is right for me and he carefully explains things and answers questions.

I have been going to Dr. Wall since I was a teenager. All through college I would plan my dental visits around summer and winter break every year. And now that I'm out of college, I make sure to plan a dental visit any time I visit my parents town. The DA's are very helpful and the hygienists take phenomenal care of the patients!

I highly recommend Bryan Wall! He is a great, down to earth guy! If I could give more stars I would!! The staff were great, and I will definitely be referring friends and family to this office! Looking forward to my future appointments!

Dr. Wall this review is directly to you. Don't let your bad days create a bad attitude that affects the way you treat clients. Keep that at home. The way you treated my daughter was unethical at best. It's actually unacceptable. Never "rough house" a patient because they request something that you don't think they need because it would take more time off your schedule than you're willing to give. I can only imagine if you went to a doctor and they treated you the same way you deemed acceptable to treat our daughter. If you ever want to talk then just call me. I'd be more than happy to discuss your behavior.

Very thankful to have found Dr. Wall and his staff! We needed to make a change & couldn't be happier. The staff is friendly & Dr. Wall is professional, friendly, and kind. The office is clean and bright. Thank you to all!

First of all the ladies that work there are excellent. The hygienist did a great job with my son who has a mood disorder. The dentist on the other hand was very rude and scared my son. This was his first time to the dentist and he got nervous when he saw the tools. He said "Oh no, no sharp things please". The dentist got mad at him and said, "You don't tell me no"! Then turned to me and said "this needs to happen". He then told me " I can't do this, you need to take him to a pediatric dentist." I was just shocked that he talked to us that way. Sorry to say, but he just lost my entire family as patients! Please do not take your children here. They are good with adults only.

I could never imagine that I'm actually saying I look forward to going to the dentist when I have an appointment with Dr. Bryan Wall! Wonderful dentist and equally wonderful staff. If you're terrified to visit the dentist then Dr. Wall is the one who will get you over your fear. The best!

Was horribly rude to my little brother. It was his first time to the dentist and he was nervous, so when the dentist went to look at his teeth he got a little panicked and said "No sharp things". Apparently this was enough to make him snap and go off on a child about how he can't talk to him like that and told my mother that he's going to refer him to a pediatric dentist because "they have more experience with this". If he can't deal with children at all maybe he shouldn't see them at all as patients.
