Dentistry gives me a way to share my knowledge and talents with others, all while building relationships with the people in my community. I love to see people smile, and this is one of the few jobs where I contribute directly to creating more and better smiles!
I understand that achieving a healthy, beautiful smile is a team effort, and seeing the finished resultsthe healthy, beaming smilesis professionally and personally fulfilling. I enjoy the blending of art and science it takes to make a beautiful restoration that will last a long time.
I studied Biology at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio where I received a Bachelor of Science degree. From there, I went on to earn a Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
My goal is to continue to learn and expand my knowledge and clinical skills. I participate in a wide range of dental continuing education through the Greater Lafayette Study Club and the West Central Dental Society to ensure that my patients receive the best care for their needs. I am also an active member of the American Dental Association and the Indiana Dental Association.
Our office is lucky to have my wife Kristina as one of our dental hygienists and the office manager. Her dedication matches my own when it comes to patient care. We also have two darling daughters, Evelyn and Eleanor, as well as a cat named Olive.
When Im not at the office, you can find me at home with my family or out in the garage. I enjoy watching TV with my family, spending time in the great outdoors, and auto racing. I used to race autocross but haven't had much time to do it since my daughters were born. I love just about all things to do with cars!

My spouse and I have been together for ten years and were married three years ago. We dont have children, but we do have a new Doberman puppy named Osiri! In my spare time, I do photography as a side business, which I love!
I love working one-to-one with a patient, focused on the same goal: achieving their healthiest, happiest smile! It is important to me to provide education regarding the connection between a clean and healthy mouth and overall wellness, as well as home dental hygiene, nutrition, and habits. Together, we find the home oral hygiene products that work with their unique needs. I love when a patient takes the education to heart and improves their smiles health!
I enjoy meeting and building relationships with people and look forward to getting to know our patients on a personal level. Like the rest of the team, each patient is my top priority. I make sure theyre comfortable in the chair, explain what will happen, and assist Dr. Welch with their care. When were finished, I offer home care instructions, answer questions, and check that our patient is happy with their visit.
I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2009 with an Associates degree in dental assisting, then in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in dental hygiene. In addition to developing relationships with patients and helping them achieve a healthy smile, I also make sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Dr. Welch is not only a great dentist, but a great person, too. He works hard to deliver the best dentistry possible and makes patients feel at ease.
I am married to Dr. Welch and have two daughters, Evelyn and Eleanor. I enjoy having game nights with friends and family, traveling, and outdoor activities like skydiving, zip lining, hiking, and kayaking!
This approach to total patient care may include coordinating your treatment with other specialists if needed, as well as follow-up maintenance care after your restorative treatment is completed. We encourage your input, and we look forward to exceeding your expectations.

The "Welch Team" has done it again! :-) I had another filling replaced this morning and it went well. Both Dr. W. and his assistant, Kelsey, kept me informed through the whole process. Third visit to this office. Very friendly, professional, and affordable. The first dentist and staff that I've ever felt gave me real personal care. Learned so much about my teeth because they took time to show me the x-rays and photos that they had taken too. Definitely now my permanent dentist!!

The Bryan T Welch DDS, was very friendly, very fast. They are always making sure that I am comfortable there and with my busy schedule they make sure they fit me in on my time and not their time. I highly recommend them for anybody.

I lost a bit of old filling and they were able to get me in quickly to get it repaired so I could go back to eating my next meal pain free.
