Unfortunately after many years of being with Dr Oeth office I will be moving along. The office booked my appointment on the WRONG week and when I noticed I called the office and left a voice message days before my appt. They completely disregarded the message and sent me a letter stating I owe missed appt fee. My appointment was suppose to be the following week. I am sure this was miscommunication when booking but it was how it was handled is main issue. On top of this I was already disappointed when I Scheduled my appointment to get my much need cavities filled I was pushed on to the new dentist without the office telling me that Dr. Oeth wouldn't be treating me as a patient. I trusted Dr. Oeth with my care. That is why I drove 45mins to keep him as my dentist. If I wanted new dentist I could have found someone closer to where I live now. I still recommend Dr. Oeth but after all this. I just don't feel comfortable returning. Update After emailing the office Leslie responded and still refuses to recognize her mistake in booking the wrong day. She even had the audacity to bring up canceled appointments all the way back to 2014 to justify her fee. She also informed me that you have to "request" Dr. Oeth. Even though this was never brought to my attention. I can understand new clients being pushed unto the new dentist BUT I have been with Dr. Oeth for years. I should have been made aware prior.

I went there to see Dr oath with a broken tooth. They did X-ray and cleaning and said I would need to do something about the broken tooth ( obviously that's what I was there for in the first place) I was not seen by Dr oath so I complained. I got an appt. For 5 mth later. I expected to see Dr oath. In the 5 mths. The post in my broken tooth had fell out. I walked around like that for 5 mths. When I returned they said I was scheduled for another cleaning not my broken tooth. I walked out and will not go back.

I recently got my two front teeth done. They turned yellow from a previous root canal that I had in the past. Thanks to Dr. Oeth, they look so natural, and I cannot stop smiling. The whole process was smooth. The Assistant and the front desk staff were great and really nice, especially Leslie, and they were professional. Always on time with my appointments, and I truly appreciate that my time was valued there as well! I highly recommend Dr. Oeth.

Never got a chance to even meet the guy. All the reviews with 5 stars could be true. I had to reschedule my appointment with him 4 times. All 4 times he had an Emergency and had to cancel! One of the appointment times was in the morning so had to request a day off only for his staff to call and cancel due to his prior commitment!!!! right before the appointment time!! I was asked to come in and do a visit anyways, "he would read your Xrays later when he has time" I was told!!! Unacceptable and complete lack of respect and consideration. You would think on the 4th try he would call himself and try to save the day! But, no he is too busy for a simple customer service and quality control. Sugesstion: call your patients and connect on a personal level if you gonna be undisciplined by canceling consecutive appointments! Post review 10/22/2020 There is a reason that this office has 5 star rating. The office manager and doctor followed up and the communication took place made me understand why the rescheduling was necessary. They provided an opening for me right away and I am very satisfied of the attention and the work done. We have 3 dentists in the family (sister_in_law, 2 cousins) so I am very educated on the skill set and manners a dentist needs to have. I assure you that Dr.O is probably ONE OF the best dentists I have ever met and had the pleasure of visiting him and his staff. The staff went the extra mile to make up for the miscommunication. All is well! Thank you.

This place is absolutely fabulous !!! Everyone is so amazing !! It tolk me a couple of days to come around and make this review because i couldnt figure out what to say because i never been so satified with something. I hate going to the dentist i was very nervous at first but kim did my deep cleaning and made me comfortable immediately. She gave me a blanket and turned off the lights and talked to me :) it was great and now they are my forever my dentist ! :) thanks everyone. Ask for kim she does a spectacular job !

Kim is the best!!! She literally has angel hands!! Very detailed and thorough, my teeth feel so awesome after every cleaning. Everybody in this office is amazing!

Love Dr Oeth. He is excellent, very gentle. I highly recommend to his place. They are very Friendly. No words can describe, but the best of the best.

I was referred to DR Oeth by a friend a few years ago after my dentist of 35 + years retired. I have never liked going to the dentist, who does, but know how important it is. Dr Oeth and his team have earned my trust and I am relieved to have found a new dentist!

I've been to many doctors and dentists in my life, and I have never experienced a doctor/dentist so very caring, kind and helpful. The entire staff is extremely kind and helpful as well. Such a pleasant experience!!!

I can not say enough about this wonderful man and his entire team. When I was in need of immediate help for my elderly Mother they were both professional along with showing my Mother such respect. I will never go any where else,

I have never been comfortable in a dental chair, Dr. Oeth's office takes the time to make sure I am comfortable and provides the TLC I need. I avoided the dentist for years because I have always had dental chair phobia. Now I don't dread sitting in the chair as much so my anxiety level is down. It's easier to maintain your oral hygiene and avoid restorative work with regular cleanings every six months. Wonderful warm friendly office.
